Malcolm is by far the best bartender I’ve ever had. Very attentive, but also knew when to walk away. He gave great recommendations and provided perfect service. My colleague and I were in town for a conference, and went to Morton’s 3x nights in a row - simply for the service Malcolm provided. I hope management realizes how strong of an employee they have. We certainly will be returning to visit Malcolm. 5 stars.

Due to the home football game the ambiance was extremely loud. The staffing was short for a game day. We had a reservation for 6:15 that we showed up early and decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for a table to be available. By 6:00 we cashed out at the bar to see if a table was ready. We were sat immediately. We then had no service for about 25 mins except after sitting for almost 20 mins for the host to tell us the server would be over soon they were taking another order. Once they arrived I asked for a cocktail and with that he left the table and didn't offer to put in any apps or bring bread. Only after waiting another 15 mins that we watched him take my cocktail to another table in hand then circle the dining room to the back of house and back again to finally our table. We were put off by the drink taking the scenic route to the table and visiting other areas before making it to us that we requested a remake. At this point we've been seated for about 45 mins and finally were asked if we wanted bread and any other order of apps. My hubs steak came out the wrong size and when we asked the host who came to check on us if it was correct he never returned with a response and our server said he was “hooking” us up with a discount due to the drink snafu and to help us out. I asked for the cold water lobster to have our server ok the order to return to say they were out so ended with the 2 lobster tails. Servers should know this upfront but our server said he was a bartender which we knew from seeing him at the bar earlier in the night and his uniform was different from the servers but matched the bartenders. Not sure if this is why the difficulties but here we were. The quality of the food was good. We had the bacon wrapped scallops for an app and was great. Our meals were good, it's purely the service that was a miss. I feel it's riding on a good name at this point but needs some improvements. Oh and the “hook up” was just him covering for the mess up

This was my first time eating at Morton’s. and was one of the few times I can count facing overt discrimination at a restaurant.

Upon entering, the door was incredibly heavy so my mother can I struggled to open it while the doorman/staff by the door watched and gave a look like we did not belong there.
I asked a question about seating and was brushed off and not given a clear answer to the question I asked.

Throughout the dining experience, the waiter was nice enough/ok, but was a bit impatient with my mother, who’s 3rd language is English.

When another black woman entered, with a white man, they were treated completely different. Ugh, I should have walked out then.

To top this all off, the food was so bland.
I paid the $240 dollar bill and bought food from another restaurant on my way back to my hotel.

I’m from DC, where the city is more inclusive and have never had a dining experience like this.

In conclusion, I had heard great things, but will not be returning.

Steven the bartender's service was STELLAR! He was attentive and very sweet. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the Cajun ribeye with Oscar style crab and sour cream mashed potatoes. No complaints whatsoever! I paired it the the Susana Balbo Malbec, so crisp and delicious. For my birthday, Steven brought out a dish of crème brûlée with 3 special candles, HOW SPECIAL! I will return super soon. Just want to give a special shout out to Steven for his amazing service. Thanks again!

Morton's is so over price to see how much to pay for boring food with no flavor is crazy to me I wouldn't go back your paying to eat at a fancy place which is boring as well nobody was in there was hoping it would be good since it's been a year maybe 2 since I've last been not good at all

Always good manager is the very best. Engaging, polite, concerned, and is always working the room even to serving drinks or dinners. We enjoy this very much and being a Landry's member it is pretty good value. Will be back soon

The location was perfect because we were staying at the Sheraton and it's right inside the Sheraton. The restaurant itself is nice...after receiving our water from a server assistant, it took another, at least seven minutes, for the server to come to us for a drink order . Our server was nice yet seemed overwhelmed, short staffed ? There was no real interaction with us. A little friendliness goes a long way. The meal itself was nice. We ordered an onion soup ( while good it had a lot of thyme in it) and a Caesar salad. The dressing on the Caesar was delicious. We then ordered a pork chop and a New York strip, both were cooked to perfection. My au porive sauce that I ordered on the side was just a hint over salted .Sides of Szechuan( spicy) green beans, and potato au gratin were a nice ( if to much food ) addition . If you enjoy a nice steak this is the place for you .

8/13/24 dinner @ bar. Food was good however service was unacceptable. Understaffed @ bar.
Waited 15+ minutes to even asked what we wanted. Over-priced, poor service. My suggestion is to find another place.

I’ve ordered from Morton’s through Uber eats quite a bit and their food is consistently delicious. This past time the order was canceled by the Uber driver claiming that the driver was unable pick up the order and I was refunded. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that the ordered had been picked up. I contacted Uber customer service and they were no help. I placed another order and when it arrived the restaurant and given me a big slice of key lime pie even though they weren’t the ones who messed up. Amazing food and amazing customer service!

Food was "pretty good". Not great for the fine dining price & Morton's reputation. Unfortunately for all the patrons, we had to endure a screaming toddler whose parents were not at all concerned. Management could have been more assertive in that situation as it ruined the experience for the entire dining room. Two of the four of us came for the shrimp scampy apparently not longer offered. The bread served was underwhelming. Server gave good service.

As we pulled up we were met by their valet attendant. He was polite and eager to help. Valet was 17.00 or so. Which is cheaper than parking in a garage. I would highly recommend if patronizing this establishment. From the moment we walk through the door I was in heaven. They greeted us before we made it to the hostess station. The dining area was beautiful. The atmosphere was an entire vibe! That alone was a great experience. We were seated at a booth which provided an ample space. Our server was Malcolm B. His energy was amazing and his ability to hold conversation and make jokes was great! He advised on menu choices as well as cocktails. From the bread, to appetizers and lastly our main course EVERY THING tasted great! It was crazy not to find something that wasn’t seasoned to perfection. I was too full to take on dessert so Malcolm packed our leftovers over as well as our dessert. Now I’m not gone lie the prices are a bit on the expensive side. But it is worth every penny. If you are ever in the city of Baltimore I would highly recommend Morton’s and ask for Malcolm B, he will ensure that you have a great experience!

Wonderful meal. Four of us ate starters, entrees, sides and desserts and all four of us had only very positive things to say about our dinner. The restaurant has a definite upscale vibe. We ate early in the evening (5pm) and the restaurant was extremely quiet. The waiter was unpleasant, and his attempts at humor were poor taste and very off-putting. Additionally the franchise ran a special fixe-price menu for the week around the 4th of July and fortunately I knew of this from the restaurant website, as the waiter brought us regular menus and didn't mention the ongoing special - I had to bring it up with him. He even commented that ‘they' (the waiters) hated it (because it shrank their service tips). He was quite distasteful. I will eat here again but insist on a different waiter if necessary.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the wait staff service we received. It took a considerable amount of time before our drinks were served. When I inquired about the delay, the waitress informed me that our order was placed and the bar was experiencing a backlog. However, given the limited number of patrons in the restaurant, it was difficult to comprehend why the bar was backed up. Fortunately, the manager intervened and visited our table to apologize for the delay. He assured us that our drinks would be served shortly and generously comped them as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, the waitress showed no remorse and did not engage in any conversation with me or my husband for the remainder of our meal. She simply delivered the food and walked away without checking if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. In the end, we had to request the bill from the manager in order to settle our meal. While the food itself was exceptional, the service fell short of our expectations.

The waiter named “Jon” was awful. He was late bringing our food to us, and the food was cold and had to reorder. He seemed a bit racist. Our experience there was awful.
