The only good thing was the wine, because they just have to open the bottle and pour. I ordered the Wagyu beef. There was no way it was Wagyu. It was so tough and barely warm.

Our server was inattentive and in a hurry. My $70 steak medium rare steak was more well done than my friend’s medium well. But the server NEVER checked to make sure our order was right so we couldn’t get what we paid for.

Food is average. 2 star rating for the mismatched quality to price. The $500 meal should have been closer to $200. Nothing was exceptional and nothing was bad. It certainly was not worth the price or even half of the price. The $65 ribeye was comparable to Texas Roadhouse. The crust was better but the steak had lower than average marbling flavor and was tougher. It was about mid range grocery store quality but definitely thicker, most likely choice. The cook was off temperature. Appetizers and sides were standard for a much lower level restaurant than this place presents itself as. The silverware had black bits on it despite the waiter selecting it from a pallet in his hand and examining it before placing it. Wine and mixed drinks were good.

Service was subpar. The host wasn't very welcoming. The waiter was attentive but seemingly too casual. The sommelier didn't even know the wine list. The valet was difficult to locate and communicate with. The keys were left with the host, and the valet asked us for the keys at the table about four times without understanding even as it was explained in Spanish. Booth seating was tight. And the bar had go kart racing on the tv? Interesting choice but I like go karts.

The place had about five tables seated on a Saturday evening and it was mostly empty. Not recommended.

Beautiful location for date night. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a fine dining experience involving quality steak or meat meals.

Dated location and the exterior was not clean, the windows clearly have not been washed in a while. It is part of the Sheraton do they do a good convention business but this Mortons is not on par with most of their other locations around the country.

Food is consistently unparalleled! Dining room is Beautifully appointed. Only comment - we anticipated a sommelier, and there isn't one. Our waiter did recommend a wonderful bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The side orders were very good. The manager was awesome, but our waiter was impatient and somewhat rude.

The restaurant has a bit of a dated feel and could benefit from some updates, but overall, we had a solid dining experience. I ordered the dry-aged ribeye, which I’d rate an 8/10—flavorful and well-prepared. The sides and dessert were both enjoyable as well. While nothing stood out as truly exceptional, the food was consistently very good. Our server was friendly, hardworking, and generally attentive throughout the meal. All in all, our group had a positive experience and left satisfied.

Bartender was amazing, food never came out, management was rude to not only staff but patrons as well. Would not recommend.

Ken was solid, tough night. A waitress had cut her hand. The gal working the door forgot about us but wanted to make the most of it. Food was really good, spendy but solid. At these places ya pay for the experience and the service. Not there best night maybe but short staffed. Front door gal is too much. You’ll see. Ken and the cook were great!

We come here every anniversary. Normally great service but kinda got a weird vibe from the waiter this time. We said it was our anniversary and he just said ok. He lit a candle w the dessert when I wasn’t there and had to run back to the table. I’m not sure if he just has opinions about same sex couples or what
