Motzi Bread Bakery makes the best bread in Maryland. This is not a commercial bakery churning out flavorless, nutrition-less, dry, sugar-filled products. They are fresh milling their own heritage grains (sourced from local farms) and baking them into artisan, whole grain products using inspired additions. The sourdough is actually sour and moist.
