I stopped in on my birthday last year and had such a great time. I'm from Delaware, but was visiting for the weekend. The bartender was an older gentleman and was super kind. The regulars were awesome and even made me a mini birthday cake out of cupcakes. We can't wait to come back when we're back in Baltimore.
