Well, I've never been inside. But I've chatted with folks outside and it seems like a standard neighborhood bar, family-owned and operated. Everyone seems very nice, and this guy has offered me a free beer a few times now. I haven't made the time yet, but on St. Paddy's Day, he asked for a picture with this mural after seeing my camera and I obliged. I'll take you up on that beer one day.

One of the friendliest dive/neighbor hood bars on Federal Hill! We were just visiting and they treated us like family. Stop in if you're in Baltimore.
Never been to a bar where the owner gets drunk and insults their customer. The drunk "owner" got mad that I brought food in the bar (bartender said it was okay before I sat). Then shamed me for buying a Natty Bo."Really? You're just going to sit there and only drink a $2 beer?"The best part was his smack talking with his back turned. Real class act.
Great old school south baltimore bar. Good prices on the beer and friendly enviorment.
Friendly staff and friendly customers. Had a great time
Everybody knows your name.
Nice people and cold beer!
