Sophia was awesome helping out our large group when we showed up one Saturday afternoon. This was a really fun place with a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a week in the City. Went to 2838947 different bars but was always drawn back to Mum’s. Irreverent but charming staff who were more than happy to recommend local restaurants etc. Friendly patrons and very reasonably priced drinks. Don’t wear your best white trainers if you’re heading out to the ‘beer garden’. Ask for a Number 1

Every time I am in Baltimore I make a stop at Mums. Great bar tenders, fun regulars, pool table, darts and a great back yard. If you go you need to order the Number One!

This place is old school. Cheap beers, a pool table and dartboards. I’m not sure what else you could possibly want in a bar. Everyone was nice to us on our visit, even to my weird San Antonian visitor friend.
You would have a tough time finding a more Old School South Baltimore bar. Prices are reasonable, service is good and the vibe is about as much of a dive bar as you can get. That's because it quite literally is a dive bar, it's not just trying to be one. I mean that in the best sense of the word.
This is the perfect place to stop in after an Orioles game or a Ravens game.

Worked there years ago for John. He has passed but the memories are still there. Oh the things I did on that pool table. LOL Great memories.

So often in life we take the little things for granted. A strangers smile, a kind word, a pat on the back when Maryland teams are doing poorly and need a sign from the universe to keep on going. This is the place to go when you need a friend, a confidant, a shoulder to cry or laugh on. This bar saved me when I was at my lowest and gave me a community that I can depend on. I’ve danced on the bar tops, did spins on the floor, and taken shots with strangers. This is the place you want to go.

No food to be had but their bartender (my favorite ever) and the dive bar atmosphere is sheer perfection. Plus! Darts and pool. And a backyard smoking area. Eat elsewhere and go here! You won't regret it. Def get the house shot!

Freaking horrible waitress, not discreet at all and runs her mouth real quick. Who asked for your opinion? Worse than a cop to check an ID. Bruh you think I don't know what's on the ID I showed you? She was like: tell me what's your name, tell me this, tell me that... Bruh, it's on the ID I just gave to you. Are you going to believe me or the ID then? I found embarrassing she question the ID wasn't mine, like it was stolen. I even had to show her my credit card for her to see the name matches. And she kept running her stupid mouth. I didn't even drink. Worst experience.

Mum's is quite an interesting place. It's weird and quirky, but I love it. It's definitely a different vibe compared to other places in Federal Hill. It screams "regulars only," but you'll be treated just like anyone else there. The bartenders seem ticked off most of the time, but they mean well. The place has darts, a billiards table, and a covered back patio area, that is great for warmer weather. I recommend this place if you want to escape from the college vibe that the rest of Fed Hill provides.
