It was very nice when we went to a party (at Nick Fish House) the food was delicious, the pizzas everything, everything delicious, drinks also very well served, the only thing I would complain about is that some workers had a very angry face, although I understand it , hence the food and everything excellent ?

Went February of this year. This place is not what it used to be. My waiter sucked and my lane had technical issues the entire time. The booze berry lemonade tasted like juice and water . Afraid I won't be returning. I'm guessing they're under new management.

Overall poor experience.I used to enjoy this bowling alley until I was treated poorly by the staff.I was asked to move to make space for people who complained about me sitting at an unoccupied lane while bowling. After I moved, the people who complained about me sitting in the unoccupied lane then sat in the unoccupied lane I was previously sitting in.My team bowled on lane 11 that only has 2 seats. The people who asked the staff to move us were on lane 9 which has 5 seats. When I made a complaint to management about the preferential and unfair treatment I was told “I need to understand XYZ.”Management also advised me that Mustang Alley is Black owned. As a Black customer I don’t feel that my concerns were addressed properly.Furthermore, regardless of race or any other factor, everyone should be treated fairly and provided equal accommodations. As a result, I left my game early because I was upset about being treated inferior to other people and will no longer be patronizing Mustang Alley’s.

Food: delicious (especially for a bowling alley) - and there are some gluten free options too!! Score! Ambiance: sooo cute on the inside and very eclectic. One minor downfall is the outside ambiance/finding it - I found it slightly challenging and it's not super well advertised outside! Bowling: mostly great - our lane did stop working at one point but it was fixed quickly and didn't interrupt the game. Would totally return!

In all my time in Baltimore I can't believe I have not been here! This place was so much fun. I went to hang out with some friends and they recommended this bowling spot. The place is kind of difficult to find. My spouse and I walked around looking for the entrance. Its towards the side and you'll have to take an elevator up. Once we arrived the staff was helpful in getting out shoes. Here you will have to give your shoes and will be given them back once you return your shoes. The place felt like a cool bar, like those bars that you imagine you'd be in when you grew up. Kinda classy, kinda kickback. I remember thinking, this is the kinda bar I would love to hang out in. The drinks were delicious and reasonable. The staff was nice and prompt. They served our food quickly and were fast to bring out refills. The bowling itself was a little meh, the machines kept breaking and giving us odd scores. The balls were also getting stuck. It seemed like it was an issue on other lanes. I think overall its fun to be at and look forward to trying it again when in baltimore.

Feels different now. From my understanding, they are under new management. We used to go there once a week years before covid. The people were more friendly. Food was somewhat the same.

Came here with hubz on a date night. There's a lot of street parking around if u don't mind walking a little. It's located on the 2nd floor of a building.... I THINK kid free after 7:30?? It's a small place but packs a punch. Plenty of lanes all acquired thru reservations only which is good. There are plenty of balls and there's a bar with decent drinks. I wasn't too crazy about the food but everything else made up for it. I would highly recommend to friends or couples looking for some friendly competition and good drinks!

Super atmosphere, even better pub fare...so good, we came back just to eat! Excellent spot for hanging out with friends, or if you just want to grab drinks and food.

It was very enjoyable and a trip back to the 90s. Sometimes, the equipment is cranky, but they will extend your time if needed. And the staff are much friendlier than the pinsetting machines. ?

As a bar / restaurant, the service was great. The food was good, a bit overpriced, but it is a bowling alley after all, so I can't be surprised. I had a green tea shot drink, and it was good. Bartenders were amazing, but everything else wasn't great. The people who are there to assist with the lanes we rude, slow, and seem to have a nasty attitude.

Great we had a private event lunch buffet and bowling for two hours with a cash bar the team loved it very reasonable pricing good eats and drinks

Although we made the best of it....This place has gone downhill. The lanes are not well maintained, which greatly and negatively impacted our experience. The customer service, with the exception of the nice young lady who checked us in, was poor. The manager had nothing to offer but excuses for poor lane quality and service. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.....You should find another place to enjoy bowling.
