Gave this place a try while on Jury duty. Got the Asian bowl with blackened chicken on brown rice. There was a line out the door, but service itself was fast once I got to the counter. The food itself was delicious, healthy and very filling. Note: the juror website says the juror special is an entree combo (chips + drink) for 10$. It's actually just a flat 20% off. Given the quality of the food, still a very good deal.

A nice surprise! Stopped by on a whim and grabbed a sweet potato bowl. It was really yummy! I love spice and hot foods but their "Boom Boom" sauce was no joke. Not for the faint hearted ? ?

Owings Mills Maryland location poor customer service.i was there last night they were too busy with closing to take care of customers that were inside before they announced closing soon .Take care of the customer then lock doors and close

I have been a customer of Nalley Fresh for years and this was my first time visiting this location. I had THE WORST experience. The man who had on the green hat was EXTREMELY rude! I asked for my dressing to be on the side . Apparently that doesn't show on tickets behind the counter. I asked does the order show the dressing on the side. He tells me no and then proceeds to check the ticket after I said I added it in the side. He then again advised me that I didn't because he has the receipt. I then advised him I did because I also have a copy of the receipt! No need to be rude and raise your voice since I didn't. Unacceptable and I will just avoid visiting this location again! He needs better customer service training! And also I waited while 6-7 ppl walked in and ordered and still received their food before me. I was not impatient and just waited so to get this service was SHOCKING. The young lady who was there was nice after the taller gentleman slammed the wrong order down and asked her to remake it!

I had a disappointing experience at Nalley Fresh when I visited for the first time. The employees, including a taller African American man with a hat on, were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I ordered an item from the kids' menu, which was displayed, but they didn't have it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, this employee made a mockery of me. It was a discouraging experience, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future

A great choice of salad options made quick to order. Plenty large for a meal for 1, it could even spilt if sharing another entree with a friend. We thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean salad.

Fresh. Quick service. Way too much garlic salt on the coutons and the lemon chicken had too much spice on them. The two of those in my salad took over the flavors In the salad. It tasted like a garlic salt meal!! Skip on those croutons

They are known for delicious salads and wraps. The service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is neat and clean. You can dine inside or outside. I like the wraps and cookies.

Tasty, healthy, reasonably priced food. What can I say? Should have tried it years ago when we first saw it here beside the Walmart in Columbia. Glad we did try it on a lark looking for healthy choices.Ordered the Asian Rice Bowl, took less rice and no chicken broth and added tomatoes at no extra cost. It was really tasty and under $12 - in Columbia!! My wife ordered the Californian bowl. Got it stir fried for free. Loved it too.

I was at this place two years ago, and it was a good place for a healthy salad. I went back two weeks ago, and the staff is kind, but the general feeling is that the site and the food handling are not clean. The vegetables don't look fresh; the food bar is messy, and. The final look of the salad made me doubt the safety of eating it. I paid for it but decided to throw it in the trash. I should have taken a look before ordering to save my $15

This is one of the best Nalley Fresh's in Baltimore. I started a weight loss journey last year and this Restaurant has helped me so much. I live near Owings Mills, but work at 10 Light Street. the best thing is the service that I receive everyday from Tony and Ms. Ce Ce. I love the fact that they never get a order wrong. I get a chance to see them make it and make corrections if need be. I have even had them make it over again if it was wrong, and there was never a problem with that. Sometime the wait can be long, but that is because the food is good and fresh. Also, I love Ms. Ce Ce's music selection every time I come in. One thing that I will say is that if you have a great experience with the people that make your food you will have an enjoyable meal that will nourish your soul. So please eat with them.
