If you skip the line and order from the table, don’t leave a tip anyway because the waiter doesn’t bring your food. When you ask after 30 minutes, he checks and never comes back. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, mainly because of the service. When I went to ask the grill staff about my order, none of them even looked at me. Instead, they started talking and laughing among themselves. In short, they don't care about you.

This is a really casual food spot with amazing flavor. Dining in is casual, but you still feel like you’re at a restaurant. Takeout is pretty quick.
They make you order your food using your phone. The restaurant wasn’t heavily populated, so we ordered our food on our phones and waited. Twenty minutes later, my entire table was served their food; I never got mine. I waited 15 more minutes before going to the counter. I then did this a second time. They had clearly forgotten, and they put a chicken breast on the grill once I reminded them again. 30 minutes later once my friends all finished their meals, mine finally came out. When it was time for dessert they told me they would bring it out but again, they never did, and I had to remind them several times. Why are we made to order on our phones if they obviously have issues with efficiency? I was made to pay $35 for a meal I had to beg, nag and insist several times to get. To apologize, they offered me another chicken breast to take home. Why? So I can beg for that one too? No. Never again. I’m disputing the restaurant charge with my bank.

Ordered a kids meal for a visiting relative. It was a shockingly small amount of chicken when I got home. Ended up weighing it - less than 3 oz of chicken breast, 4 oz of mashed potatoes, and a very small brownie. The child enjoyed the meal but was still very hungry after, understandably. This was about half the serving of chicken I've gotten from a Nandos kids meal at other locations. At $7 for a kid's meal, I expected a whole lot more.
Kid-friendliness: Incredibly small child's meal at this location. If the kid is over 5, or a big eater, definitely get an adult size meal.
