Where to begin. We went for lunch before our Broadway show, which began at 1. We arrived a little after 11 and didn't get our full order until 12:10. We placed our order, 3 meals, through their app. First, they were out of chicken skewers. Second, they brought out 1 order (but ran out of ranch, how does that happen??) which I paid for an extra side of ranch and veggies (never got those either) They brought out a dinner that was NOT ours. Told them we were still waiting for two other orders. My husband went up at least 3 times to see where our food was. They were very overwhelmed with orders and just not handling it well. We finally got our two other orders and they ate quickly so we could get to our show. We will most likely never go back, although, they did give us some coupons for our horrible experience.

I placed an online order at this Nando's Peri-Peri location and had a seamless pickup experience! The place was crowded around 12:30 when I showed up, but not overly so as there were some tables available and a line forming at the cashier. Service seemed to go quickly! I had the chicken bowl with chicken breast and mango lime sauce, as well as a side of Peri chips (fries) with perinaise. The fries alone were flavorful, and even better with the perinaise! If they were supposed to be crispy, though, it was a failed attempt. The fries were very soggy and soft. The chicken bowl itself was a good size, although the chicken piece felt quite small in comparison to the amount of rice and veggies. The mango lime sauce was soooo tasty, but there was barely any in my bowl! Just a light coating on the top of the chicken --barely noticeable otherwise. So disappointing, since the bowl was pretty dry otherwise. Next time I will order an extra side of this sauce if that's an option. I will be back to order more off the menu! The ordering and pickup was smooth and the food was tasty. This is a great lunch spot if you're in the downtown area.

We had an amazing experience here. Taste and presentation of food exceeded what I have even had at other Nandos. Chicken was moistest I have ever had. The young man that waited on us was great and the manager, Reese, had wonderful suggestions for cocktails. He even was willing to customize my bowl by quickly making some cucumber salad without tomatoes for me due to my allergy. I will be back next time in Baltimore for business.

Tried to order a chicken wrap at 8:20pm was told at first they didn't have chicken. Then was told they only had breasts available because the grill was shut down. Finally I was told they ran out of wraps. I understand shutting it down at 8:50pm but with 40min left disappointing. I hope in the future this won't be the case since the food is very good

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Service was horrible, unfriendly, and slow. You have to order on the app and have no one available to help or ask questions to regarding the menu. After we ordered, we're told they didn't have several of the items we ordered. Food took over an hour to arrive and it was cold and dry and portions were small. We had to get our own drinks and find utensils and napkins. Tables and chairs were not cleaned between patrons. We will not return or patronize any other Nando's location.

Lousy service. You have to order on the app as the person taking the orders is too busy doing other things besides taking orders. But if you want to modify your order you're out of luck. After waiting 15 minutes to order, my daughter finally said forget it, I don't need to eat.

After waiting 40 minutes for a dine in order (4 people at my table ordered separately), we asked and were finally told that we should expect to wait 1.5-2 HOURS for dine in. Absolutely wild, and there was NO indication about that wait anywhere in the store, on menu, or after placing our orders virtually. We went across the street to Qdoba instead, and will each need to process a credit dispute with our payment methods to ensure we aren't charged for our non existent meals.

Staying downtown in Baltimore and I ventured off from my hotel to try Nando's. First impression is that customer service was amazing, it was our first time there and we had to wait at the counter for a minute before being directed to sit at a table and use a QR code to order food to our table. I split a chicken with two sides and ordered a peri Mac and a pineapple lemonade. None of the sides were amazing, the chicken was delicious and the sauces were great! I enjoyed the mild lemon pepper and the medium garlic sauce. The inside seating has a lot of character and a relaxed vibe, a few of the tables weren't being cleaned off so it seems they may just be struggling with being short staffed. Would go back for the chicken and the chicken only!
