I just had a delicious breakfast burrito. Next time I’m at BWI, I will get another. The 2 women who served me were fun, funny, very competent and clearly cared about customer service. A nice find within an airport.
After an unpleasant experience with TSA and an annoying experience with another food establishment, the extremely friendly people at the nature's kitchen early Thanksgiving morning was exactly what I needed. I wish I got her name. Thank you!!!
Food is good.But the staff, what can I say...One took pictures or videos of herself and the other played on her watch while we paid. You weren't even looked at.The staff should do something else..
