I found this stall at the Baltimore farmers market and wanted to dabble in fried oyster mushrooms. I am not a mushroom enjoyer in general but I've been trying to conquer them this year. These fried morsels were so incredible, it is unfathomable to me. I have put this restaurant in my must go list, because if they can do that to a mushroom, the rest of the menu must be breathtaking.
