A place to order with them online to be delivered by GrubHub. My order was supposed to be delivered between 6:50 and 7:05 it is now 8:00 and I have yet to receive my order. I have called the store several times with no answer being sent to a voicemail. Come to find out GrubHub wasn't delivering it the restaurant is supposed to deliver it. With this kind of service I'm pretty sure the food would have been just as bad.

The worst pizza chicken onion rings and salad I order a salad and it was lettuce and chicken that it I call and ask why no croutons or cucumbers and she said we don't do croutons and sent the driver back with red onion in aluminum foil my onion rings was in the bottom of the brown paper bag no napkins was given my order was$53.85 I will never ever ever ever order from this place again and I suggest you don't either enjoy that $53.85 cause it's the last you will ever get from me

Chicken was picked up around 3pm and brought to me at 6pm at my hotel. My husband informed me that the PKG was already closed and he couldn't check it. When received, the chicken was burnt, greasy and over cooked. I spoke to the owner/mgr who transferred me back to, I assume the cook. She refused to resolve my issue and said the wings were picked up at 3pm. What that had to do with with this matter makes no sense to me.

For the monument location.I actually really love their calzones. I ordered from GrubHub multiple times always ask for no seasoning on fries or chicken box if I get it because I order that for a child and they put entirely too much seasoning. It be very salty even for me so I end up throwing it out and having to order something else for my child. Now the refuse to deliver to me because grub hub gave me a refund for the children's chicken tender and fries it's less than $9. Ive been told I have to order from a different location which is further and don't make their calzones the same. It's sad I have to give a bad review but they are really mad because I got a refund from GrubHub when the food was inedible and literally covered in seasoning when I specifically asked for no seasoning. And it wasn't just seasoned it was very over seasoned completely inedible and whole tenders and fries box went into the trash.

This place is ridiculous!! I put an order in at 5:40 PM and told her my order really polite & nice, she told me 35 to 45 minutes. She didn’t ask me was I paying with card or cash so now It’s 7:15 I’m still waiting on my food so I called like hello I put in order in round 5 it’s still not here , this YT B* all like ima need to speak to a adult , mind you I’m almost 22 years old I said I am an adult where’s my food? She gone say yeah ok and hung up and blocked me. WHAT DOES MY VOICE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO W ME ORDERING FOOD! I have a baby soft voice ok cool but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to me especially if I wasn’t rude to you i simply ordered my food and that’s that. You could’ve said from the jump you wasn’t taking my order it was never an issue but don’t worry ! Trust me
