I ordered 10 pc chicken w/mashed potatoes, onion rings and mac n cheese; I got a box of legs and thighs, some kind of pickled collard greens or kale, mac n cheese and potato salad. My dessert was stale.

Food was terrible, chicken was burnt and dry. Fish was hard and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I contacted the store about this and they were VERY rude, they told me there was nothing they could do because I ordered on Doordash.

Buy only the chicken. Do not get any sides, like mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. It is kept there for days and it is not fresh. The chicken is great however.
Good food for low price, they have a whole cheesesteak sub combo for under $10 ? and it's delicious.

If I could post zero stars I would . All it takes is one bad experience. Today I visited and the so called owner was there to take my order .. so they have a special thats 9.99 where you pick any 2 options and 2 sides. So I asked for wings which I have visited plenty of times and I was able to get all wings as an option so he proceeds to tell me that I can't get that because if he rings up 8 wings by themselves it's 10.10.. Okay so remove wings as an option or change the amount of wings that you can get with this special. Don't try to verbally create new rules on a promotion without changing it on the advertisement. He want to sit up here and tell me that I have never ordered it like that and ask which employee gave it to me.. none of that matters point is I was able to get it like that plenty of times before. Then he gets mad after I told him not to be rude when I was telling him I wanted ketchup directly on my fries and not packets and tells me to get out. LOL Like sir don't get mad at me.. if you can no longer offer the special be cause of the wing shortage then maybe you should act like the "owner" that you are and change your menu to reflect that.
