We had a very nice time at Noir! They were flexible with my ever-changing group size (lots of illnesses) and the service was excellent. The food was very tasty and the drinks were delicious - and strong! We had a lovely time!

Common Error
I can only rate the food because I got from doordash. I got the lamb chops over rice, broccoli and Mac and cheese, with a lemonade on the side. The pictures looked wonderful and honestly the foods presentation was exceptional, however the taste was very surprisingly unimpressive and bland. Also the lemonade didn't even taste like lemonade nor did the Mac and cheese taste like Mac and cheese. Also lamb chops were cooked perfectly but unfortunately also lacked seasoning.

Worst birthday dinner I've ever had. I only had 3 people in my party that showed up and yet it took over 45 minutes for us to get appetizers. The drinks were wack, the food was cold, and our service was nonexistent. Maybe if I had a party of 22 people they would've paid attention to us, but they didn't even make me feel special on my birthday. No cake was brought out, pushed to a corner, and the deposit that was SUPPOSED to be applied to the bill never was. They lie. Don't book with these people unless you're going to book the entire restaurant. Just go to Angeli's next door, they even share the same bathroom.

In town for the week and decided to give this place a try. I was downstairs at the bar trying to kill time until the upstairs open so we could have drinks and hookah. The 30 mins might have been the worst experience since I’ve been in Baltimore. There was a total of 20 ppl in the building and it took us 25 mins to get 3 drinks , with attitude, the YN behavior from the bartender is exactly why we left early for a new location.

The service is not bad but the food is lacking. Now the upstairs area is 90% sections which ruins the party experience, maybe increase the standing area and allow for the ability to dance and vibe. I don’t recommend at this moment nor do I see myself going back.

One of the security guards mocked one of the women in our group as we walked by. Another one falsely accused me of hitting his car while leaving my parking space. He went as far as making a scene in the street to do so. The situation felt shady, to say the least.

The only good thing about the food was the honey Old Bay wings. The lamb chops were tough and chewy, the steak eggrolls were bland (just meat and cheese rolled together with no flavor), and the chicken pasta was nothing more than sauce over plain noodles with a little garnish. The salmon tacos were also disappointing, with ingredients thrown together but no real flavor.
On top of the poor food quality, the “security” staff gave off unprofessional vibes and seemed more interested in creating tension than ensuring safety.
I will not return to this establishment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone visiting from outside of Baltimore.
