Wings were great. Bartender made a bomb Cadillac Margarita . It was just hot, but nxt time I’ll bring fan and I wish there was more bar seating. Other than that I would go back for another solo adventure .

The food is horrible I had the pasta it was disgusting the shrimp was under cooked, the chicken was chunk chicken from a can I ordered through door dash and ordered a 20oz Gingerale they sent my soda in a coffee cup. Will never eat from here again
Recently attended Noir and had a great experience! The staff were accommodating to my large party and the food was great! Everything came out on time and I would definitely recommend this establishment. I’m not sure about the previous experiences but my experience was nothing like that. Music and vibes were on point!!

On May 21, my party and I attended Noir restaurant in Baltimore for a college graduation. Prior to the date of our reservation we made the appropriate online reservation and paid the deposit for my party of 10. We called ahead and confirmed our reservation & upon arrival the table was not set up. Shortly after waiting, our server took our drink order which was sweet for an alcoholic beverage. By the time our drinks came out, our food order was put in and our items were not received until a HOUR later and 5/10 items were missing. We waited another HOUR for our missing items to come out, and eventually asked for the manager. As a restaurant worker I understand complications that can occur within a restaurant, but the manager had a nasty attitude and did not want to compensate for the inconvenience. She did not try to take items off the check that we DID NOT receive, forgot to apply our $50 deposit to our check, and items that were never ordered were on the check. I’ve never experienced the level of unprofessionalism prior to this occasion at Noir. 0/10 do not recommend for large parties and mind you WE WERE THE ONLY TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT..
