I went to North Point Cafe last night and ordered the viral Pickle Sub. It was fantastic!! This was my first time there. It was very clean and the employees were so nice. Also got their chocolate milkshake and that was so yummy. The employees were so nice, she even put plastic wrap over the top of the milkshake so that it wouldn't spill out on my ride home. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

I don't know what her name is but the blonde girl up at the counter was real nasty. As soon as we got up there she had an attitude before we had even spoke to her. First time ordering something for pickup and she did not make the experience easy at all. Treated us like trash because we didn't know the order number we only knew the name and when we told her the name she was like okay well what's the last name though with a attitude and rolling her eyes. And after we had grabbed our food she started talking to her co-workers and making fun of us and mocking us for not knowing everything. Tried to ask for the manager but they ignored me and would not let me talk. Someone needs to talk to her about an attitude change because I would not recommend this place at all just for her attitude. Rudest person ever had to deal with.....

As a customer who patronizes the business every weekend, I was disrespected on Saturday, June 1 when I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and ask them to be heated up and I was told by some tall blonde hair up in a ponytail that I can’t put them in and I ain’t doing it this time. She was very disrespectful
