Great pace, great service, great food as usual. The added note and dessert for my parents anniversary was a sweet touch. Thanks for making their 57th anniversary dinner so enjoyable. Stellar experience as usual Food Market!!!
Whimsical Wednesday menu was absolutely delightful. Jermaine was a terrific server. Completely recommend. I love this restaurant and I have since they first opened but this was my first Whimsical Wednesday visit. ❤️
Great brunch with my boyfriend it was his first time there, he enjoyed his shrimp and grits and green tea cocktail, I enjoyed my crab Benedict with scrambled eggs (I don't like poached) lol and my mojitos were great too. Can't wait to go back!
Inventive dishes, good presentation on plates. Excellent waiter. Tasty. Everyone was happy. Portion sizes were good bc there was room for dessert. Our table ordered ribs, duck, crab cakes, tacos and 4 deserts. Deserts options were usual stuff-good but boring. My entree had some parts that had cooled off before serving (the noodles) but meat was hot.
Me and my best girlfriend had our birthday lunch here and it was the perfect restaurant to celebrate! We had a lovely time. The food was delicious. Especially the lobster bites! Our waitress was professional, pleasant and kind. The ambience was really nice.
Jennifer was our server, and was perfect! The timing of the plates was perfect. Every dish was exceptional. The flavors and textures of the dishes were complex and a delight! Thank you, Food Market, for an extraordinary cuisine and experience!!
Everything was great service ambiance was wonderful portions were generous. However, some of the food was uneven, my beet salad could have used a splash more of vinegar to bring a tang against the arugula and beets themselves. My MD club was weak on the crab cake. My husband's Duck Lo Mein was over spiced with chines spices and he felt the duck was sub par. We share everything around the table desserts were very generous.
Service was great and the staff was friendly! Loved the atmosphere and set up. It's loud with the music and open kitchen but it was a good vibe. The menu was great and our food was good. There were some issues with things being over or undercooked but could have been the busy time of day. Would go again!
We loved eating here for our anniversary! The food was great. The service was incredible. Our only “complaint” was that the tables were a bit close to each other. That said, we will be back to enjoy this excellent restaurant!
Long time customer. Promptly seated and greeted by server. Good service throughout the meal. Always enjoy the jumbo motz sticks app. Bronzino for two of us-tasty. Only negative for this senior is the blasting music. Challenging to carry on a conversation. Valet parking at $10 is expensive but nice service. Always enjoy my visits.

We have never had a bad experience or meal there! Whenever we can get to The Food Market it's a great time!! We arrived much earlier than we normally do as well it was a Tuesday evening so it wasn't real busy and from drinks to dinner everything was amazing!!!
We arrived late (but had called to let them know) and was told the kitchen was closing in 15-20 minutes. We ordered quickly by shouting to the waiter as it was SO loud, especially the music. Crab soup arrived lukewarm. Other apps were fair, certainly nothing special. My entree of scallops was boring despite the menu description. Just didn't live up to past visits. Our waiter was mia during the meal. Never asked if we needed anything else, never offered dessert. Not sure we'll be back anytime soon.
Our server, Jen, was outstanding and all of the staff makes it a special dining experience. The food was amazing and it was nice to have birthday dessert sent to our table. TFM is consistently one of the best restaurants in Baltimore!
The choices were quite eclectic. Multiple cuisines inform really good dishes. Spice levels are just about right. Portions are very generous. The fried oysters were particularly delicious. Drinks were priced reasonably, and the service was competent. One nice feature was the broad range of choices. We had four different dishes and every single one of them was really quite good.
The music was excessively loud, my wife and I could barely hear each other and had to yell. We couldn't believe people were actually enjoying their experience - we left after our first couple of small plates.
