NY HALAL FOOD CART

Sitting in the cell phone lot at BWI. Just watched one of the guys come outside, touch the top of a trashcan and the pole to a sign with his blue prep gloves on, go back inside and continue on about his business. Clearly not swapping gloves. Yuck.

I wanted to try something different than airport food, so I went here. I ordered the lamb and the food did not disappoint. Be mindful of the red sauce that they give you, as it is VERY spicy. Also, my order came up quick. I’m impressed with this food truck.

They were great. Good food. But now they're gone. Don't know where they moved to.

Edit - they're at 8100 Richie Highway. The airport is planning some work in the cell phone lot so they had to move temporarily.

I'm tempted to go out of my way to the BWI cell phone lot just to get food here again. It was excellent and a great value too. This was my first time; I tried the chicken and lamb over rice platter and an extra side of fries. Took about 10 min, just like the guy estimated.

I’ve never had Halal before, but my only complaint after having this is that I won’t want to go anywhere else. The mixed platter was SO GOOD, and the portion is insane for the price! Will be throwing this into the lunch rotation with my coworkers for sure!

Great food, good service. Even if you aren't going/coming from the airport a quick detour is worth it. Tried the Philly and fried. The Philly was a good size the meat tender and had all the goodies including grilled onions it was super tasty. The fried where perfectly cooked served in a share portion. Highly recommend

Best food truck halal I’ve ever had. Immediately went back and bought 2nd serving. While in line, nice man behind says, “These guys are amazing!” I replied, “I know! Right!? Unbelievably good”. Very nice service, great prices and portions, and the food is delicious. HIGHLY recommend.

Parking: Cell phone lot for BWI. PLENTY of free parking spots.

The owners were very personable. I enjoyed the wait. The lamb gyro I ordered was amazing. Favorable and the requested spicy on point. I will be back.
