One of the best and friendliest bars/spaces in town

We were a little surprised to start the evening by ringing a doorbell to get in, but the warm welcome that followed put us at ease right away. The atmosphere is fantastically unique, quirky, and full of character. The bartenders were genuinely friendly and the service was quick.
We ordered the Mac ’n’ Cheese with Jerk Chicken, Yuca Bites, Chorizo con Arroz y Gandules and the Cinnamon Mini Donuts. Everything was perfectly seasoned (especially great if you enjoy a bit of heat like we do). The only downside was that the portions felt a bit on the smaller side.
It also looks like they host a lot of interesting events like book readings, sip-and-paints, comedy shows and more. We didn’t get a chance to attend one this time, but it definitely added to the charm and made us want to come back.

I had the soup. My friends had other dishes. We love going around town to the hidden golden nuggets of Baltimore. The food excellent! The place is a treasure. TEACHERS, This place is a great meet up location. Great seating make this place a great gathering or meeting place. As. Notary this is closer than some major fast foods to meet with customers for their signings.

I was taken here on a date last night. I'm almost never full from a meal out! This place will sell you REAL food. I almost never see long grain rice properly cooked in restaurants. In the curry, in the sausage peppers, beans and rice. So good! The bar fair was done right as well. The jerk chicken tots have cheese and chicken layered in the perfect ratios keeping the tots crispy till the end. I loved dipping them in the shrimp mango curry (not pictured). Drinks were a great value and suuuuuper tasty. The staff was extremely kind. This place truly is a treasure and definitely goin to be a neighborhood staple for me.

Literally so excited for my shrimp curry leftovers rn. They also have recurring events like karaoke, anime night, live music, poetry readings, and can accommodate hosting personal events.
