My wife and I celebrated our five year wedding anniversary at Olio’s. They helped make our special evening, even more memorable and magical. The service is amazing. Daru and Katie make you feel like your beloved family when you enter. John’s pizza is amazing. My wife got pasta, and that was incredible too
This place is a hidden gem in Fells Point.

I feel bad for such a low rating but for the amount of money it was insulting how bad the main course was. The appetizer and atmosphere was great however the shrimp scampi, chicken, and crab soup were abysmal. There was so much salt the main courses it was nauseating. I got a stomache cramp after leaving because me and my family could not physically finish the food. First time leaving withought finishing half the food. I enjoy italian food but this was just dissapointing. The food did not live up to the establishment. It is a shame of a waste of money and food.

We stopped in from out of town and they hadn’t quite opened yet but they let us sit down and order. They were so welcoming and friendly. I have dietary restrictions and the chef asked personally how to make my pizza and it was delicious. That rarely happens. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it

Server was inexperienced and messed up every order. Bathroom was a complete nightmare. Food was ridiculously salty. I wouldn’t be surprised if Gordon Ramsay showed up for an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

So several others are rightfully roasting Olio for a terrible Valentines day service. I just checked the news to make sure there wasn't an incident or fire.

We had reservations for 19:45 on Valentines' day. 12 couples were stacked up in the small entrance when we arrived. No host or staff otherwise were there to organize us. We found out from other guests that they all were waiting on reservations too. The bar was full with potentially other couples who were waiting based on their sour faces. This was a very tense and uncomfortable atmosphere made worse by the staff ignoring us entirely. To be completely clear: they avoided making eye contact with everyone in the entrance like it was squid games. Every few minutes another couple would walk in with faces that turned from excitement to dread and things got packed fast due to the 32f outside.

In the 30 minutes we waited no staff came over to resolve or mediate the situation. It was made worse as two tables within eyesight were never seated. No one was sure why.

I have a lot of sympathy having worked in the industry for a long time. Regardless of why they were so weeded, Olio had peoples contact information. They could have let anyone know that they needed to push back or cancel reservations. It was already an hour backup by our arrival and they could have also just been honest and not strung everyone along unnecessarily.

Maybe it's a little dramatic and privileged. It just ruined our Valentines plans and left us feeling burned for making our schedules work for this outcome.

Me and my date had a terrible experience. I had made reservations at 8, and didn’t get seated until an hours later. The service was awful. We hadn’t got served water until 20mins after we had got seated. Do not come here if you looking for a romantic dinner date.

I made a reservation for a Valentine's dinner over a week out but had to wait over an hour to be seated along with a bunch of other couples. In the end we decided to leave after hearing how long it would take to get food. I would give one star, but there was two couples arguing about who gets a table first, so at least entertainment was provided while we waited.

After waiting 1 hour for a reservation at 20:30 we could only order a glass of wine. I don’t blame the employees because they were trying to do their best. But I wouldn’t recommend this place

if i could give 0 stars i would. I had reservations for 8 and its 10:30 and I have gotten just water. I made reservations days in advance and there is no communication. stay away from here and don’t ever make reservations.

The food is wonderful, especially the Bolognese! The service is a high form of hospitality. The bar is extremely welcoming and Sinatra sings in the dining room. Who could ask for anything more?

AMAZING! You have to come here for the food and the atmosphere. We had the 4 cheese pizza, vodka pasta, shrimp fra diavlo and bolognese. Everything was incredible, some of the best pizza we have had. The restaurant itself is beautiful and full of history.

A hidden gem! I wish has taken a picture of our last pizza because it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had.
My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The pizza is fantastic, drinks are great, and the atmosphere is perfect.
