Good snowballs but not so attentive staff. Paid for 2 snowballs, one with condensed milk and both were overfilled with syrup, we had to returned for a straws and napkins. Also paid the extra $$ for condense milk, but I didnt get any. Didnt feel like going a 2nd time to go back and forth with a teenager for a $3 snack. Great selection of flavor, but dense staff working at this location.

Not sure what the hype is but these snowballs are trash in my opinion.I’ve had way better snowballs from the hood spots and my flavor was was watery as hell plus the service is slow.

The snowballs are good but the wait til is unbelievable too long. It doesn't matter if it is 5 customers or 15 customers, you will wait at 30 minutes. The makers of the snowballs are slow even when it is more than one maker.

Good snowballs but too much syrup

Nah they can go to hell. On top of the fact that they switched the point system and never reinstated my old points even after contacting them about it and them reiterating the same verbiage on the sign when that’s not what I asked, I was almost charged $15 for 2 large snowballs, 1 of them with added marshmallow. Once I realized what had occurred I removed the marshmallow and it dropped to $10. Why? I’m glad you asked! I ordered berries and cream and was charged for cream, marshmallow and a middle fee. How are you charging me for cream when the flavor is berries AND cream? Not the cream is a la cart. Then adding a middle fee for $1 which randomly popped out of nowhere over the last couple of years starting at $.50 then raising the price of marshmallow fluff to $1.25. Y’all sure know how to stick it to the people especially removing old points but claiming you’d get them reinstated when you enroll into the new program.
