I honestly don’t know what all the hype is about. We went on a busy weekend morning and they had one barista on one espresso machine. We ordered an americano and a mocha. 40 minutes later we left without our coffee because we still had five orders ahead of us. I did buy some beans though; they were stale and bitter. Won’t be returning.

If you want anything go anytime there isn't a line, it really isn't worth the wait they have on weekend mornings unless you like wasting an hour of your time for mediocre drinks/food.

We had breakfast there this morning, Saturday, September 14th. The food was good but the servers lack customer service. I asked for milk for my coffee and instead I got a irritating answer, "right behind you!" from Carmen. Then I told her there wasn't any on the counter so she brought the big gallon of milk with an attitude. Your servers need to learn good manners! Even when it's very busy. Will never go back... there are far better places with a better atmosphere than getting serviced by kids with attitudes.

When you order pour over, there is an additional extra charge called “plain bagel”. Staff removed the extra charge and stated that it was automatically added. Well, what kind of set up charges you for a plain bagel to order pour over?
Also, there were flies everywhere.
One staff member was chit chatting about how one customer’s panini was only grilled on the outside, so the other laughed and stated to just microwave it. This second staff member was also playing with his nose ring which is unsanitary.

Dined in and thought the staff should have taken out the trash. There were flies circling the trash, food, and customers who went by to go sit in the back. I was feeling hungry but when I saw the flies circling the kitchen I thought it was gross. Fruit flies are sometimes unavoidable but these were regular flies. The staff seemed fairly unprofessional as they laughed at how a customer's panini didn't turn out right so they had to microwave it. I felt a little weird about one of them handling food and touching their nose ring. I have one too but I know not to touch it at work. It's essentially the same thing as touching your nose and handing someone their food.
