The elderly man taking orders is rude in an obnoxious way. The food is a solid B reliably. Parking can reliably be an headache but if you live near just walk. Would recommend if order customer service doesn’t matter.?

When ordering, I clearly ordered from the menu, but the wrong dish was still served. When I told the waiter, she started arguing with me, saying more than a dozen words without stopping, and accusing me of not reading it. The order receipt is my problem. This is the first time I saw the wrong dish being served because it was the customer's problem and he pointed at the customer and scolded him. It's really outrageous.Nowadays, the food is far inferior to the Chinese restaurants in Towson in the north, and it is also more expensive. After the epidemic, it is really getting worse every year. Don’t order online thru their website it apparently doesn’t work. But it can take your money. So now I have to cancel a credit card transaction. If ur gonna list your restaurant on google maps, you need to actually be using online order options. Why would they be including a website that’s clearly advertised as orient express’s and not take orders from there? It’s 2023, either don’t have online orders options or do, but don’t make customers have to cancel transactions and reorder food because you don’t look up your own google listing. And they don’t even apologize they just say I’m wrong for not knowing which order option to use. Are u kidding me? Not coming back here. The food is not that good. Cant even make a decent tan tan noodle anyways.
