We went there with a large group and it appears the staff was not prepared. Wait time for food a bit long. I ordered the Chicken garden salad. The salad I thought was chopped romaine but not and the salad in some parts had black marks not appealing. Needless to say I was not pleased with my meal. I do not recommend this place. More better restaurants in the Baltimore area.

After an Orioles game, we came to the Sheraton floor 2, and had excellent entrees and drinks. Will definitely return! They have a chef and the food is excellent, drink service also excellent. Love it! Beat the crowd!

The Chesapeake chicken sandwich was my favorite chicken sandwich I ever had.

Waited 10 mins and no one acknowledged us at the door even though multiple employees walked by several times. Was finally sat and waited another 15 for a server to come over. He brought one of us our drinks and never returned. After waiting 20 minutes we left still hungry and thirsty. There was maybe 5-7 other tables in the restaurant that were sat but it looked like most were having the breakfast buffet and didn’t require much attention. We wanted to order off of the menu but when we tried to order our food and our drinks the sever wasn’t able to take both orders. He took our drink order. Brought one of us a Dr Pepper and didn’t return for at least 20 minutes. We grew impatient and left. The staff is not properly trained to handle more than one or two tables at a time. It’s a shame that we can’t eat at our hotel restaurant and have to venture out for food after a long day.

Sticky floors and tables, poor food. Worried I would get sick because there was so little care taken.Buffet is a ripoff. Go elsewhere. Try Blue Moon Too instead.

Arrived for a post-game drink & snack after the Yankees-Orioles game on Saturday 7/29/23. I cannot give enough praise for the entire staff at the Grill - Dontae and the whole Grill crew were 100% on point in making sure that everyone was served and taken care of. It was hectic with all the fans arriving at once but the Grill staff and crew were a fantastic team in ensuring everyone was satisfied. Sheraton Inner Harbor Management should take note and congratulate their Grill staff on their efforts and hustle to get the job done!

Had a last-minute lunch just before closing. Hostess (Marichu) was very accommodating and provided great service. Not a fan of fries but these were very good and chicken hot and tender.

We had the Ruben, Wings, Veggie Wrap and beverages. All were tasty for bar fare. I think they are under new management. Limited menu but it was good. Would return.

Nothing special, the waitress was very nice. Buffet could have had more options for the money. I would not recommend the breakfast menu. Stick with the buffet if you have too. Coffee was good.
