I was introduced to Ostrowski's through my husband back in 2009, and it has been a holiday must for our family every since. We make 2 1/2 hr drive every year to pick up our sausage. That's just how great this place is. The staff is super friendly and eager to help any way they can. The smoked sausage has to be my all-time favorite. Go ahead and make sure Ostrowski sausage is on your menu for the holidays. You can thank me later!!

I walked to Ostrowski's of Bank St. to get our Polish sausage when I was a kid. We loved it then and now it's a family tradition for 4 generations. It's DELICIOUS

Food is excellent and authentic had Polish Kielbasa for 49 years at Thanksgiving. Only problem is went to get this year after my dad passed and they only take cash or checks. It is 2023 I don't even know if I have any checks!

Since when does gristle belong in sausage? I've tried at least 3 times, different stores, different days but still get gristle in every link. Really disappointed.

Me and my 2 brothers came from . Seaford delaware. We bought no less then 15.pounds of the polish sausage. Plus Italian sausage sage and celery sausage. I could not taste any of the sausage. There was no taste at all . Next time I'll go to the Kraus deli.or Sophie's in the Broadway market. Anyway merry Christmas everyone.

I have tried literally every sausage there is to try from this location... And I am shocked that I have to conclude that they're almost all really, really bad. The kiełbasa is about as inauthentic as it gets (go to Krakus just down the street if you want the real thing), whether it be purchased raw or smoked. It is just horrifically underseasoned, with the except of the salt, which itself is so overbearing that you can't have more than one bite. The other sausage types are also quite bad, and suffer from similar problems with seasoning and salt. The only saving grace is the Italian sausage, which is essentially average but at least edible. I have REALLY tried to support this local business, but the taste and quality is just not there.

The sausage from Ostrowski is so much better than the sausage at the supermarket it's in a whole different league. I just cooked some Kabasa in a skillet with some peppers and it is blowing my mind.
