OTOMAN HALAL SPOT #1 in area

I went to Ottoman Halal for the fish sandwich since I have seen a few reviews about it. The gentleman behind the counter offered me a free hot tea which was really good. The sandwich and customer service were both great. Its such a big sandwich that I couldn't finish it.

Slid through late and was rather impressed. Food was fresh and staff had good customer service. We ordered the following:
Otoman Signature platter: 10/10 very very good. I made a mistake and added peppers and onions thinking they would be cooked, have to specify next time
Lamb quesadilla: 10/10 very flavorful and packed for $9

Recommend this place highly.

When you walk in, it's like a meditation room, they serve hot tea, and have books for you to read while you wait. And the food is 10/10.

SO GOOD. Juice super good- triple mix is mandatory. Chicken & rice platter was perfect. I got white sauce and signature sauce. Even the salad was fire. The workers were so polite and friendly! The atmosphere was calm and kinda like a spa. The chicken tenders were clearly homemade! Very very good! Would come back everyday

My first time ordering there and I never received my food or refund and when I called about it no response. Even contacted the driver who was very non chant about the order but asked to help find it. After 2 hours of waiting Grubhub never gave back my money either neither did the bank

Totally saved my Thanksgiving!
The salad was super fresh and delicious. My whole family loved it. I ordered a container for 4 people, but it was so big it could easily feed 8! Great value and amazing taste. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

First time tried the fish sandwich, it was seasoned to perfection. Went back a week later, it definitely wasn't the same sandwich I had the first time. Very underwhelming. Will not be returning.

The lady was very rude and I clearly told her I wanted two coke sodas and she going to pack an apple juice and I paid extra. My boyfriend went there and she was being rude as if they don’t like African Americans. I told him if he would had told me ahead of time I would had canceled the order. Moral of the story watch who you spend your money with tik tok or not!! You should be ashamed of yourself and you’re Muslim be a better example for your brothers and sisters smh
