I won a gift card for Outback Steakhouse from the Christmas party at my job. I used the gift card on Saturday at this location. Our waiter kept forgetting things. He forgot to put in our appetizers. He forgot our ketchup. The food was ok at best. I still gave him a decent tip. About 3 hours later my stomach started hurting. Sunday was worse. I have food poisoning. It's Monday and I still have symptoms. Please do better with your restaurant.

The hostess sat us and After 25 minutes of not even being knowledged, I asked the hostess if there was a waitress/waited assigned to us. Finally after another 10 minutes someone came over to get our drink order. My husband informed the waiter of both his and our daughters celiac disease. He asked the waiter if the chips and cheese were gluten free, the waiter asked the manager who informed us the appetizer was indeed gluten free. Our three year old had to go to the bathroom, there was no soap. I informed the hostess and returned to the bathroom about 20 minutes later to wash both mine and my daughter's hands and still no soap, I once again asked if someone could replace the soap. Went back about 10 minutes later, still no soap. I then walked back up and asked for a manager, the girl ran right to the bathroom to fill the soap. The bathroom is also falling apart, there is painters tape sticking some of the paneling on the doors and the overall appearance was unsettling. Our food finally came out after over an hour of being there, our daughters steak looked like a hockey puck, my husbands steak was not charred and his salad had croutons on it. Not to mention he wanted 50 minutes for an alcoholic drink. Everything about our visit was awful. The manager did compensate us for some of the issues but the whole experience is unacceptable and an allergy should NOT be taken lightly, if the manager would have come over and explained that the chips were fried (doesn't mention on the menu) or even mentioned that they are cooked in a shared fryer then we definitely would not have ordered them.

Came here for a valentines dinner. Ordered my drink and didn’t come out after 20 minutes then asked about my drink and was told they dont even have it. I ordered a different drink and it came out another 20 minutes later. At this point I was just hoping that my meal would be good. Me and my husband both ordered medium steak. One came out completely raw and the other completely overcooked. I couldn’t even stomach the steak it was so solid I had to spit it out. Completely ruined my valentines. Would not recommend and would never come here again. The lady with the pink braids kept forgetting things in our order and never checked on us. Honestly didn’t even want to tip. Horrible establishment.

Great food but so busy service was bad. Our server and the staff would speed walk by as fast as they could but not check on us. Got tired of needing a refill so stopped someone for help. They brought the wrong drink, had to do it all again, got the right drink on 3rd attempt. Shortly after our server stopped by to check on us. Hard to blame the staff, they are working hard, but that was disappointing.

Ordered through doordash for delivery from this location and the order was messed up significantly. Steaks were burnt and kids cheeseburger was as hard as a hockey puck. Bread and butter were missing, toppings for the baked potato were missing, and the requested utensils were missing. Only received a $5 refund. A $100 order screwed up by this place. They don't care. Happy to keep the money though.

Me and my family came in to eat dinner today the staff while friendly a little bit scattered our waiter was very nice young man but a little all of over the place. my husband ordered the kingland steak and pasta his steak was very small and burnt I ordered a steak for myself and a steak for my son I order my steak medium well it came out well done chewy burnt at the bottom also order an 8 oz and it was the smallest pieces of meat if seen it was the same size as the kids steak, we also ordered the blooming onion which was seeped in Grease. our food was cold when it came out even though it didn't take long to come out and not very appetizing we only got one refill on our drinks which also was forgotten had to wait about 10 minutes for nothing about our experience today will make us want to come back very disappointed. First and last time at outback
