First no silverware and when we got it there were 2 forks and 1knife wrapped. The girl said they were still washing the silverware. My steak was so tuff I refused to pay for and before that they delivered my meal to the table behind me so I went over myself and got them (2 dinners). Then I tried to cut the steak. Horrible that’s when I said I don’t want it and I’m not paying for it.

My family and I are here this past Wednesday and everything turned out amazing! All 4 of us took advantage of the 3 course meal that comes with your choice of soup or salad, main entree and a slice of cheesecake for dessert. Two of us ordered the Bloomin Burger, which has the elements of the popular Bloomin Onion appetizer on a cheeseburger. The slight crunch from the crispy Onion as well as the tangy and slight spice of the Bloomin sauce sets the burger off well. Another entree in the 3 course that someone else got was the coconut shrimp, which were bigger than we anticipated which is a good thing, and the cheesecake we all ordered at the end of the 3 course meals was nice and creamy, with a crispy graham cracker crust that was awesome topped with the raspberry sauce. And shout out to our waitress Autumn who was attentive to our table's needs during our visit. She definitely made our table feel at home as we dined. Lastly, the price point of $14.99 for the 3 course meal was a great deal for the amount of food received. Will definitely consider coming back here in the future to try different food combinations.

I want to let this store know how professional their manager is. I actually ordered through door dash… a kids meal for the Mac n cheese (among other meals as well) and received plain noodles. I was frustrated, and decided to call the store. I spoke with chris the manager and he gave me different options of how to fix the situation. I asked him to just speak with his workers and that a refund wasn’t necessary… i more so appreciated his kindness and professionalism in trying correct the mistake. (Mistakes happen) he still even said to call him back if there is an issue or i changed my mind. Thank you Chris. This is a GREAT manager. I will continue to order from outback.

The food was good but experience was bad. Waiter had dirt in his nails while he handed us out plates, another customer was vaping inside like normal and took waiter about 10 mins to come back with my second beer. Don't recommend anyone going there
