The Boba was delicious. I personally got the brown sugar with strawberry popping bubbles.... Was on point. The kids got mango with mango Boba, matcha with Mango popping Boba and taro with strawberry popping bubbles.
Probably one of my favorite bubble tea stores in Baltimore area. They also sell food but the kitchen was closed for renovation when I was there. I had the lychee duoduo yogurt (yakult) bubble tea. Really liked the tea and the tapioca pearls/boba. Prices were also not bad as compared to other places. You can also buy some snacks/Asian grocery food items here.

This bubble tea is so good. It’s cheaper than many other places I’ve been. Also the regular boba they use is a little smaller and the best tasting one I have had. Highly recommend taro milk tea!
