The worst place, terrible service, hostility, and racism from the employees, made us wait in line to order our food for over 20 minutes, they skipped us in line and refused to serve us because we are Hispanic. Even though my partner and I were in line waiting our turn, they didn't serve us, despite already placing our order. They refused to prepare the dishes until we reached the cashier and the cashier herself had to start preparing the dishes, as the service line staff refused to prepare our food.

They are extremely slow. Always have to wait for food to get done. At this point, they know their most popular dishes, and should never run out but they always do. The other day I had to wait on fried rice..how do you run out of fried rice?

This place changes its closing hours whenever they feel like it. They always run out of the main dishes and will tell you they're not cooking anymore, even if it's over an hour before scheduled closing time. The staff will walk around like they have nothing to do with multiple customers waiting to be serviced. Lines will grow as they continue to take care of mobile and doordash orders. Adbul (the manager) made multiple excuses about why the kitchen was closed around 8pm even though store closing hours posted says 10pm. The service has gotten worse with each visit.

The noodles I purchased were very dry. All the meatI purchased had very small pieces of meat wrapped in more breading than meat. The walnut shrimp was soggy, I was tempted to return this order instead after tasting I gave the food away.
We have gone here twice and the food is always fresh and tasty. Their drive thru employees are friendly and always get our order right.
