The food is fine, same Panera Bread food you get anywhere. It's about 50/50 on the service, sometimes there are people that are nice and helpful, sometimes it's like rude/lazy bunch but that's getting to be how it is at any fast food place so what are you gonna do.But what I don't get is why does it have to be so cold? Doesn't matter if it is winter or summer, the AC is on full blast. Everyone in the dining room is bundled up like we are waiting for a ski lift. I get that it might get hot by the ovens, Panera, but you can't freeze your customers like this!

Customer service is excellent the food is always fresh and made to order it's my go to place anytime of the day. If you haven't tried their Kitchen Sink Cookie you don't know what you are missing out on?
