Terrible service.... they charge me 16.50 a month for the sip club which includes unlimited drinks and charged lemonades. Yesterday the employee told me she would not refill my charged lemonade unless I paid for another one. I let her know I am part of the sip club and that the sip club does include refills and she said no. That she would not be refilling it regardless if I am a member or not. There is also an older hefty employee that was on the register and agreed with her. She then tells me to have a nice day after she refuses to refill my drink, a service they are charging me 16.50 a month for and refusing to provide. Horrible customer service definitely contacting corporate.

Never clean always paper on the floors tables filthy chairs disheveled bad presentation of food. For the first time the order taker was pleasant and conscientious.crumbs all over the food counter Got the egg bacon and cheese on a baguette cheese over melted. I usually go to Owings Mills which is now a ,5 after new management. I also go to Laurel and Hunt Valley and Timonium. They put Security to shame everytime. Place needs a massive change. Made my Caramel latte never called me it was just sitting there????

I recently left a review that was not completely accurate and I came back to this location where the problem was handled by the manger Ms. T who made sure I was taken care of. Excellent service ran by an amazing staff, and an all black staff at that ✊?. Great atmosphere and customer service, definitely an amazing location to frequent.

2/9/2024; About 4PMCustomer service & courtesy is really non-existent these days. I went to the cashier when it was my turn & said "Hey, how are you" about to begin my order, but the cashier didn't even say anything back. Nothing. Barely looked at me. We stared at each other for 2 secs and there was a pause and I again said "Heyy..". She finally says "Hello". Weird energy. She could have called out sick or took a mental health day if she didn't want to be there -_-

This was my first time ever experiencing this I will never eat from this Panera Bread again is this how ya'll treat your customers my sandwhiches was drowning in mayonnaise she they gave me the wrong meat I asked for I asked for the Turkey deli meat I had so much lettuce and a little bit of onions my pickles was so hot this place is awful I didn't get a chance to eat my dinner i'm so hungry all I have right now is the butternut squash and chips poor service I'm very pissed

I made a good review 6 years ago, however it appears the staffing have changed. I ordered some food, there was no other person waiting for their food. It's 10 minutes past the time I ordered my food & I am still waiting for it to be delivered.The whole period I was typing this review, they were yet to make my food.They were standing around & talking the whole time.I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this restaurant except you want to wait around & experience a terrible service.P.S last review: Clean restaurant with good, healthy food. The personnels were very hardworking, pleasant & polite.

Every time I make the mistake of visiting this location, I am met with the same disappointed experience. The service is horrible in the late morning and late evening. I would recommend a regional manager make a surprise visit to see for themselves the effect that these girls, with the I don’t care attitudes, make. Most recent, tonight the store had 1 in store customers ahead of me and my meal still took over 10 minutes to make. I watched them talk and take their time. Once I drove the 4 minutes home I found that the bread and chicken were the only warm items of my chicken frontega sandwich. Everything is supposed to be heated… The mozzarella cheese was cold, as well as the onion, tomato and sauce..
