Makes noooo sense that my pizza that I ordered through uber bike delivery at 1:30 AM could be THAT good. It was fresh, and amazing. This is my second time ordering late when nothing else was open & I haven’t been disappointed yet.

Ordered fiery chicken pizza at 1.29am on 08/22/2025 waited until 3am to find out they closed the restaurant and here I'm waiting for the pizza which never arrived it's 3.12am most ridiculous service ever experienced in the history of restaurants..!!! Will never ever again with these cons..

Yep. Had to upload the photo so as not to confuse anyone reading. Here’s the issue: in the photo, you see 3 slices. This is a HALF of a PIZZA PIE. Why is it NOT 4? I will give only a little bit of pity to think MAYBE the cutter forget that Smalls get cut into 6 and not 8 and tried to catch themselves. Well maybe it would’ve been nice if you TOLD ME before leaving. Take some accountability for your actions in life, it should be important unless you don’t mind people NOT TRUSTING YOU. And next time you make a mistake in cutting a pizza into 8 when it should 6, don’t stop, just cut it into 8. Cause why not remember the lessons of congruent figures you learned in like 3RD GRADE?

Order through Uber and they messed my order. I called the store directly because uber did not wanna fix their mess up. The manager ate the store was very helpful and fix my order within minutes.

I have bought a garden veggie pizza and it was gross. The pizza didn't have any flavor and the mushrooms were really mushy. When I first went there it was a guy urinating beside the store. My husband and I felt sick to our stomachs after eating the pizza. I won't order from there again.

I had a STRESSFUL day on my feet all day in DC and needed some food for energy. I looked up a local Papa John's and called my order in. When I got there I told the lady with the glasses I really needed some good food she told me I was in luck because they made my pizza with love. And she wasn't lying! I got 3 slices in and felt a rush of warmth take over my body. I was no longer tired, but filled with joy. I was filled with hope. I felt like things were gonna be okay from here on out. Thank you 3 ladies that worked last Sunday night. I really needed that. Better ingredients. Better pizza. PAPA JOHN'S!

This is the worst Papa John’s! Every single time I order a pizza, they either get the toppings wrong or there is a delivery issue. I never have these kind of issues when I order from the Falls Road location.

They literally always leave out the sauce cups I pay for. Last time I'm ordering Papa Johns.

TRASH!! i order mobile for delivery i was then contacted by the driver (not the store) to tell me to cancel my order they cant make it…(laziness) i spent 35 minutes on hold with support to cancel a order they couldn't make… as the papa johns turned there phones off so i couldn't call them to ask any questions or have them cancel.
