Pizza took 2 hours to get to me. It arrived cold and the app said it was delivered 15 minutes before it arrived.

Shout out to the staff working during Super Bowl 2025, they were clearly super inundated with orders but they were working really hard and managing to keep up. They had my pickup order ready on time and were friendly when I arrived despite how busy they were.

Good service/food especially for fast food pizza; couldn’t expect more
They would only take sale specials on line. Very frustrating, I walked in to order the special but I had to order it on line. That basically sucked amd took an extra 15 minutes or so.

I know this location is convenient, but I do not recommend ordering from here. I ordered a well-done pepperoni pizza, and when I picked it up, the box was securely taped, which I assume is standard practice now. However, when I got home and opened the box, I found that my pizza was undercooked. The cheese was not fully melted, and when I pulled a slice, the crust was doughy. The entire pizza was basically just dough, and I was very disappointed. Since I don’t have an oven at the moment, I ended up having to throw it out because it was inedible. Please consider avoiding this place.

This was the worst location I have ever been to. I was picking up two door dashes and an order for myself. It took 10 min to receive one dash. As that one sat on the counter, I received the other, as well as mine, 30 min later. First pizza was cold. And that wasn't even the worst part. There was a girl at the counter that was sitting down in a chair refusing to get up to check on orders, and very rudely told us to "just wait, it will be done when it's done" then, because she didn't want to move, she forgot to give us our drinks. We had to go back and when we did, she simply said "oh well, should of said something". In addition 2 other people came in complaining that their food was wrong and one wanted a refund. This was the Boston Street location in Baltimore. Will never go back.

I ordered a large anchovies pizza and the pizza look and tasted dry like it was a old or reuse pizza or it was reheated. I never had this problem before

I literally just walked into the store right now to order a pizza and I was told by one of the staff members they are not taking orders right now on 11/02/2024 at 7:30 p.m. what a way to treat your customers.

My kids like this pizza so we order from time to time. Never again though. This is the 3rd time in a row that it took 90 minutes to receive the pizza and the 3rd time it was lukewarm when it got here. This last time it was marked as delivered 25 minutes before it actually arrived….guessing that’s to make it look like they’re keep to the expected timeline. I called the store to ask if it was delivered to the wrong house and the person I spoke with couldn’t have sounded more annoyed that I was asking. The delivery person also acted like she was miserable. Thankfully there are plenty of better options around here.

The food itself wasn't the issue, it was the workers and how the store was ran. There was a baby in the office kitchen area (one of the worker's I assumed). The worker was actually holding their baby while helping a customer, which I thought was not professional at all. Furthermore, after she was done handling their baby, she went right to helping prep boxes and did without washing their hands, which I find extremely disgusting and unprofessional. The manager or any other coworkers on shift did not correct or tell her to wash her hands, which is additionally disappointing. The workers also lacked true customer service. So I will likely not be coming back because of the lack of cleanliness/health protocols and the worker's performance.
