Papa John's delivery takes too long; my pizzas arrived almost cold. Poor service.

I am so disappointed. Papa John's, this is the best one on this side of town and the atmosphere was great the service was great the guy at the front desk was pretty cool he was a 10 out of 10 the cashier but the cook the food was a zero out of 10 the pizza dough was raw it wasn't done the cheese wasn't done the pepperonis wasn't even cooked . the food was horrible. and it was my son's birthday and I'm very disappointed I don't think I will be coming back. I always end my kids birthdays with this place for the last 4 years and this year it was not the same the new cook that's on you guys team he is horrible

My pizza had a few hairs on it. When I called the store to try to attempt to speak to the manager they hung up on me

The delivery person peaked into my door and made a remark, on top of that my food was a bit cold.

Last night when I ordered a pizza the delivery driver sat the pizza outside in the rain by my door and made no attempt to call my phone or knock on the door, I only noticed my food outside left unattended and in the rain in the middle of the city because our security cameras. I wasn't willing to eat it. Admittedly this is the first time ive had a problem with delivery here but that was unacceptable.

Worst customer service imaginable.

This was our 3rd time ordering from
Here and 3rd time to give it a chance.
First 2 times was reallly doughy and undercooked.
3rd 1.5 hours in pizza hasn’t shown up yet. We asked where it was and manager said door dash is handling delivery and it would be another 30 min. Also if I wanted a pizza sooner I should of came in and got it myself

This is my first time ordering at Papa John's and I don't think I will order Papa John's again only because the service at this location is bad and horrible and they acted like I was intruding in their space very unhelpful my pizza didn't have an ingredient that I had ordered and while I'm getting a refund for that extra ingredient I still feel like that's not customer service. While the refund is okay I just feel like there was no customer service

I had an amazing experience at Papa John’s thanks to JP! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. The pizza was fresh and delicious, and his positive attitude made my experience even better. Thanks, JP!

Pizza took 2 hours to get to me. It arrived cold and the app said it was delivered 15 minutes before it arrived.

Shout out to the staff working during Super Bowl 2025, they were clearly super inundated with orders but they were working really hard and managing to keep up. They had my pickup order ready on time and were friendly when I arrived despite how busy they were.
