I ask for pepperoni and sausage they kid gave me sausage this place is bad this my third time messing my pizza up

I order medium pizza, 6piece buffalo wings. Pizza was black and dark no cheese hardly on the pizza looked like it had set all day. Upon entering the store old man with a grey suit on behind the register with his back turn never turn around to even greet me or say hello after being signaled by staff that a customer was waiting instead he staring at pizza boxes that were empty was more important. I normally get papa John’s in Hampstead Hanover pike location and that pizza is cheesy & cooked perfectly I would say same as the pictures!!! I’ll never eat here again!!! The wings were great but pizza was horrible maybe staff needs training!!

DO NOT order from this location unless you want your time & money wasted. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese x2, extra pepperoni, & 2 garlic cups. There’s barely any cheese on here & i only received 1 garlic cup….

I’ve been a loyal customer to papa John’s and this location . I’m not sure if they have new staff . But my orders are never right . Every order is wrong , wrong pizza delivered to my house and wrong toppings on several different occasion. What is going on ?? I’m hoping staff can read .

I’m so irritated. This is the 3rd time we’ve gotten pizza from this location and get thin crust. Is original crust no longer offered? Did the recipe change? I’m irritated and hate to drive all the way back to ask them to remake it.

Why don’t y’all answer the phone? Pizza is always poorly cut, missing wings, wrong sauces. Y’all will continue to lose money having to reimburse people. Train your staff how to accurately fill an order and how to cut a pizza.

The pizza dipping sauce tastes like metal. You can tell they pour it from a can.

Despite ordering and paying for two extra-large, two-topping pizzas, we received one plain cheese pizza and one single-topping pizza. It was immediately apparent that the cheese pizza was from a previous order, based on the way it was cut and how the cheese looked – it was not freshly made. The second pizza, which was supposed to have two toppings, looked like an old cheese pizza with sausage added on top, as if they just threw on the sausage, reheated it, and called it done.

When I called to address the issue and asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that they had tried to call me before preparing the order to let me know they were out of pepperoni. While I did have a missed call, it didn’t indicate it was from Papa John’s, nor was there a voicemail. Regardless, they still chose to charge me and send pizzas that did not match my order.

When I pointed out that both pizzas appeared old, the person on the phone said they would come and collect the pizzas if I didn’t want them. I agreed, but after waiting 20 minutes and calling back to check the status, I was told by a different employee that they wouldn’t be coming to get the pizzas and that since they made them with the ingredients they had, no refund would be issued.

During this second conversation, I explained the situation again, only to be accused of being disrespectful. I clarified that the real issue was their manager’s decision to charge me for something they clearly couldn’t deliver. If holding someone accountable for providing a product that did not match what I paid for is disrespectful, then I guess I was.

I have been waiting for over an hour and a half... no one answers the phone... 33rd is the worst Papa Johns in the U.S.... No one answers the phone. I have tried and tried again with them as 20 year home owner... Please do NOT patronize this place

Don't buy from here!!!
I like Papa John's and the 33rd st. location has gone downhill. Besides over charging for what was Supposed to be a Superbowl deal I observed:
1. Health code violations (should have taken pictures) where the staff was eating cup cakes while watching the Superbowl and making food / getting orders wrong at the same time (they have cameras and should look for themselves)

2. I ordered take out and when I got home the wings were under seasoned and over salty... how'd they manage that?

3. The pizza was cold and old seeming with (as my daughter said) patchy cheese (missing cheese in some places)
