Worse Customer Service Experience Ever!
The delivery was vey late a few weeks ago. I called to speak with a Manager, she said her name was Shay. I advised her, I called the driver and he said he had another delivery at the store to pick up before making the delivery. She stated they were busy that's why the delivery was late.
Shay was extremely rude with no professional management/customer service skills. When I shared with her the residents at the assisted living were waiting for their food and were hungry, she said she would just cancel the order. I advised her NOT to cancel the order because they've been waiting and this was their special treat pizza day. She said, she was calling the driver to cancel and hung up on me.
I called the customer service complaint line and was called back from someone from Tennessee. He stated he received my compliant in error due to where he was located. I called back to customer service and was assured someone would call me back from the leadership team to address the issue, which has never taken place.

The pizza I ordered from here was horrible and down right nasty 🤢🤮🤢 this location is THE WORST. When you call them to complain, they send you over to ANOTHER number that NEVER answers. This Papa Johns is by the far the worst. Don't spend your money here. YOU BEEN WARNED!!!!

They never have drivers. Your food will never get there. If it dose, it will be cold. No point in this restaurant being there. Just close so we can have something useful please 🙏🏾. Waist of time every time.

I tried to call and speak to the manager, only to never get a manager. Go to another Papa John’s. This is my 3rd try with this place. You would think support your local pizza shop. I spent $37 for 2 pizzas one came out fine the other came out …. Well terrible. More bread than pizza. This is the saddest looking pizza.
I ask for pepperoni and sausage they kid gave me sausage this place is bad this my third time messing my pizza up

I order medium pizza, 6piece buffalo wings. Pizza was black and dark no cheese hardly on the pizza looked like it had set all day. Upon entering the store old man with a grey suit on behind the register with his back turn never turn around to even greet me or say hello after being signaled by staff that a customer was waiting instead he staring at pizza boxes that were empty was more important. I normally get papa John’s in Hampstead Hanover pike location and that pizza is cheesy & cooked perfectly I would say same as the pictures!!! I’ll never eat here again!!! The wings were great but pizza was horrible maybe staff needs training!!
