Don't buy from here!!! I like Papa John's and the 33rd st. location has gone downhill. Besides over charging for what was Supposed to be a Superbowl deal I observed: 1. Health code violations (should have taken pictures) where the staff was eating cup cakes while watching the Superbowl and making food / getting orders wrong at the same time (they have cameras and should look for themselves)
2. I ordered take out and when I got home the wings were under seasoned and over salty... how'd they manage that?
3. The pizza was cold and old seeming with (as my daughter said) patchy cheese (missing cheese in some places)

We’re kinda subject to Papa Jon’s but it’s horrible ! I can’t order the pizza cause it’s not available to customers , but it’s on the menu ! The store is open until 4am and I’m on my way home to pick it up for carry out but the store is closed for carry out! You can only do delivery and that’s horrible they come three hours later ! Why are yall open! Y’all service is just bad!! I’m done

Bad service, ordered pizza and it came 2 hours late and was cold. Tried to contact the 33 st location and the phone just range. I was so disappointed with everything even the delivery guys was unprofessional. Soo sad usually don't get this kind of service. Will be more hesitant to order there again waited too long.

These are not garlic knots then when u call to speak to a manager the phone just rings then when you call back the manger puts you on hold and never come back to the phone then when you call back nobody wanna answer the phone what the hell type of business is yall running wouldn’t be getting no stars if I had it my way

I ordered for my employees it was taking over an hour so I called to see what was taking so long and they are literally 5 minutes up the street and the manager was so unprofessional and rude than she had the nerve to cancel my order so I have to wait to get my money refunded never again will I order from them west Baltimore is so much nicer quick and hot the manager need to be fired so unprofessional and costing people extra money to order somewhere else
I use to go to this location on 33rd all the time it’s been about 8 months and I came back and I’m so disappointed!!! I will never return !!! There was only 6 slices tiny slices in a medium pizza and did not taste the same … the wings were cold and so dry… tast like school chicken nuggets.. I spend almost $30 for this very tiny portion and bad tasting food. Never will I go here again!!! Smh

This location on 33rd street is the worst I was at work order my kids pizzas they took almost 2 hrs to deliver every 11 mins the time changed on top of it when the pizzas was delivered it was cold and hard they need to do better
