I use to go to this location on 33rd all the time it’s been about 8 months and I came back and I’m so disappointed!!! I will never return !!! There was only 6 slices tiny slices in a medium pizza and did not taste the same … the wings were cold and so dry… tast like school chicken nuggets.. I spend almost $30 for this very tiny portion and bad tasting food. Never will I go here again!!! Smh

This location on 33rd street is the worst I was at work order my kids pizzas they took almost 2 hrs to deliver every 11 mins the time changed on top of it when the pizzas was delivered it was cold and hard they need to do better

Absolutely terrible service!! I’m never ordering from this place again.I called in an order for a work meeting that didn’t arrive until 2 hours later. The call in feature to check on status of order said ‘Your order will arrive in 3 minutes’ five different times within the period of a half hour. When I decided to dial in to speak with a manager or cancel my order, the manager said the deliverer was out with the order and he would give him a call. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to receive an update but he never got back on the phone.

Yeah, this one is downhill. Always getting orders terribly wrong and taking sometimes hours to get it. Can't call the place because they outsourced to some call center. I like papa johns but this location is a dumpster fire. If you have to order don't do it online because it will force this location.Now there are a few employees that work there that do a good job like a really good job but there are a lot of slackers and it's a gamble which ones you are going to get. They need an undercover boss or something to recognize the good ones and fix the bad ones.

The absolute worst… papa johns is the worst at this point for outsourcing and making it ok to not be able to get In Contact with the restaurant about them getting your order completely wrong. There employees have no customer service at all! Whichever one of these two dirty dingys are the manager he kept me on hold for 25 minutes after cutting me off when I called on a Monday about my order on Saturday that was TOTALY wrong and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone saturday. Then the dirty light skin one tried to get slick when I walked through the doors still on hold avoid papa johns by all means To avoid a headache. 33rd location and harford rd location are owned by the same lady and at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if she owns Towson location HORRIBLE

I just ordered from this location and they were supposed to bring food to my work. They came, but did not call and then left and completed the order saying they delivered it. I did not get any food and they still charged me for it. I also used Papa Dough for this order and now I don’t even have the $10 in Papa Dough that was used. I am demanding a refund! Do better people!
Ordered three pizzas for my birthday and didn’t receive them until two hours later, even though the store is less than a mile and a half from my house. The food was delivered by a non-professional with no uniform, no hot bag to keep the food warm, and not even a modicum of respect or courtesy from a customer service perspective. On top of that the food was mid. I wouldn’t wish Papa John’s on my worst enemy. Please do better!
