There was an issue with my order and the app was glitching and never said it was delivered, the delivery driver also delivered it to the wrong address. But the manager did everything in their power to make it right. It was very appreciated.

I will never order from this store again. I used to manage a Papa John’s, so I know what shouldn’t be sent to a customer. This is what I received. Shameful. At least the driver was a sweetheart.

I made an order as usual in the app. Before I arrived at the store my app sent notification that my order was ready. As I entered into the store the associate greeted me. She ask if I needed to place an order or pickup? I said pick up and gave her my name. She then said it would be another 5-6 minutes. I was a bit confused but reply ok. I notice the only thing sitting on the pizza counter was 2 boxes like I ordered, about another 10 minutes when by and she said just a few more minutes. Eventually she walked up with an order that I knew could not be mine. To make a long story short, the box on the counter when I walked into the store were mine. By the time I got home the pizzas were cold and taste like cardboard. Over the past year I’ve noticed constant changes in the staffing. It has gotten much worse I’ve been patient most of my transitions have had issues but I held my tongue. I won’t be going back to this location any more and I will be looking for other pizzas options to curve my 2-3 times a week pizza addiction. Do better..

I ordered my food around 5:15pm. At 5:30 it was out of the oven and in the preparing queue in the app. It was supposed to be delivered between 5:52-6:02. At 6:09pm, it was still in the preparing queue on the app. I decided to call the store to get an update about my order. The staff I spoke to were rude and unhelpful so I ended up cancelling my order as I didn’t want to eat cold pizza. I highly do not recommend using this Papa John’s location as the customer service is horrible.

So I ordered from here at 10:36pm June 9th 2024. It was delivery. No message it was delivered. I open the seal and two roaches full grown popped out. Killed one other went somewhere.

Waited for about an hour for my food, they told me that someone would deliver it shortly. Called the restaurant to report that the delivery driver delivered the pizza cold and they told me to pick up a new one. Very disappointed with their delivery service.
