I ordered my food around 5:15pm. At 5:30 it was out of the oven and in the preparing queue in the app. It was supposed to be delivered between 5:52-6:02. At 6:09pm, it was still in the preparing queue on the app. I decided to call the store to get an update about my order. The staff I spoke to were rude and unhelpful so I ended up cancelling my order as I didn’t want to eat cold pizza. I highly do not recommend using this Papa John’s location as the customer service is horrible.

Had to sit there and wait for about an hours for my food because they were short staff. The enviornment was dirty and I saw one of the employees throw my food into a box..

Waited for about an hour for my food, they told me that someone would deliver it shortly. Called the restaurant to report that the delivery driver delivered the pizza cold and they told me to pick up a new one. Very disappointed with their delivery service.

We have gone to this location a couple of times and had no problems. Today we ordered for pickup around 6p and paid on the app. Went to pickup after 25 mins and waited another 20 mins inside the restaurant just to be handed our food which had been sitting on the counter not under heat or in a bag??. A walkin order was placed and fulfilled within 10 mins of being placed.Eager to get home we took the food and left. We get home and open our food. Not sure if the people making it burnt it and removed the burnt parts or if they were hungry and decided to snack. ?? Not writing a review to be malicious but there were at least 4 workers there and if they were better trained and had better mgmt to step in and assist and direct the team making sure the quality of the food handed out was to customers expectations, this could have been avoided. Mistakes happen. Moral of the story, check our food before we leave.
Terrible that night shift needs to be fired …. They lack customer service skills and the driver just leaves your food anywhere without using proper critical thinking skills my pizza box was apparently opened cause the sticker was lifted …. Called the general manager and they hung up on me after stating there is nothing they can do!!! I will never order from them and I will go to regional and corporate I’m sure they ripped a lot ppl off!

I'm sorry but I refuse to pay $30 for a pizza because you added a bunch of fee in the price. Why is there a fee dor delivery?? Then you want us to give a on top of that?? NOPE. We are already paying for the pizza why the fees? There's nothing else that you are doing. Why are you trying to compete with uber eats? Those fees are Why people do order from them. I'm not going to give you a $30 for a delivered pizza and a tip. The fees are unnecessary.
