Ordered a pizza said it was delivered but they didn't deliver it And when i called They said they would Remake the pizza and send it but an hour goes by and i call back all of a sudden they dont have the order yall need to be more responsible when it comes to customers that fund yall business

Pizza looks uncooked and burnt , chicken not cooked , bell peppers not cut properly . Ordered online ahead of time still had to wait because pizza didn’t have grilled chicken.

I had got a pizza for customer appreciation day. I asked for light cheese but there was literally no cheese, barely any sauce and the crust was 2 inches so the pizza was basically all crust smh. Its is now the morning after and I can’t leave the toilet. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Today was customer appreciation . You get a $4.99 medium pizza. I only purchased because of the deal. I purchased a pepperoni & cheese. I wish I took a picture. We had plenty bread, hardly any sauce and had to add cheese. If this pizza is sold for 14.99 original price Papa John is getting Over. I would not pay 5$ ever again.

I place an online order for my food. When they came to my house the pizza looks like it was dropped cheese and toppings at in one side of the box ( I have pictures). My garlic knots have no garlic terrible( I have pictures). And my wings look like the plucked the chicken at birth terrible. I sent corporate an email and never got a response but it won’t stop me from posting

I have had pizzas over 35 years and can say with certaincy, a pizza with a miniscule amount of sauce unless requested is not a "REAL" pizza!. This place is run completely incompetently. What little sauce that I received was flavorless. Papa John's pizzas use to have flavor. Disappointment is an understatement and jeopardizes the reputation of the Papa John's brand.
