Pizza was terrible. Skimpy toppings, thin crust not crispy, green peppers raw. Pizza felt undercooked. Ordered a 2nd extra cheese. Had hardly enough cheese to cover the Pizza. Won't be ordering from here again.

I placed an online order at 3:30 for pickup at 5pm. I entered the store and wasn't acknowledged. Another customer said that Ms Law wasn't talking to her as well. I had to yell to get Ms. Law the GM to assist me. My pizza wasn't ready as a matter of fact it wasn't even started. The other customer was having the same problem. Ms Law, the General Manager, was the only employee in the store. She couldn't keep up, orders were piling in and customers were entering. When I asked her where the help was she said 'your're not getting your pizza' and told me to leave the store before offering a refund. In the meantime my 83 year old mother was waiting for me to return with dinner. Meanwhile, another customer entered the store and Ms Law said to me that the new customer had patience. Of course she did. She wasn't waiting 25 minutes for a pizza that should've been ready. I was humiliated. My encounter with Ms Law had racial undertones. I left with my refund and no pizza. I won't be going back unless Ms. Law is removed from that location.

They are horrible. The service was horrible and my pizza took over 40 minutes then when I arrived they did not come to the counter for 20 minutes to give me my pizza. Which was then cold.

This is how our pizza arrived. The replacement pizza was estimated 35 minutes, it's been an hour. I also requested a DIFFERENT delivery driver and yet again it was the same one. Worst service ever. I know pizza johns would never. Also the 'manager' had the worst attitude ever. I could not have been more disappointed.

Ordered online told longest wait would be 1:43 arrived a little early, store seemed shirt handed with one person making food. The young lady walks up one hand folded out (body language says alot that you don't say) spoke to the other lady waiting stating 5 minutes on her food, then looked at me with a huff "picking up?" I said yes, stated my name to which she just replied, not ready, and went back to her work. Another person showed up after and asked another man who is he picking up for before saying his also was not ready and then proceeding into the kitchen. The over all experience makes me feel as though they need more staff, more guest focus, and or some retraining on basic customer service. Still sitting just got the alert my food I'd ready, but yet it is not.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very slanted lot will be hard to navigate.
