Ordered online and through the tracking it said it was delivered. Order never left the restaurant. I waited a whole 45mins for nothing. What type of service is this! Then i call to just cancel it cause I paid for it and the boy who answered just said ok I will cancel it. No apologies nothing. No worries I will delete this app.

They don’t answer the phone and screen your calls. I ordered online and tried to call and fix my order as soon as I submitted. They kept trying to take my order and then hanging up.

This is the Worst delivery. They laid the pizza on the ground cold! Never call ed or knocked. Needless to say, I did not eat it. Call the store and manager and they hung up. I will report this store to the BBB and I will sue!

This is ridiculous my order was $31.56 and I gave them $40 in cash and he tells me he don’t have no change so I asked okay how much cash do you have I don’t mind giving a tip then this man proceeded to tell me I don’t carry cash I only is my phone for gas like okay what’s that got todo with any thing and I have 4 kids that was hungry and I couldn’t just tell him never mind because my kids needed and wanted pizza so you are very welcome papa johns for the 9$ tip and the crazy thing is I order 2 2 Liters of soda and only got 1 smfh

Horrrible experience!!!!! Took forever to deliver my food. Then when arrived sat in car the entire time. Did not get out the car until i took picture of the car to have evidence that he was just sitting there. When he decided to get out i told him not to worry about it keep the food because it was not gonna be fresh or hot.

You have a sign posted on the door that clearly states you close at 12 o’clock, but your workers refused to take any orders after 11 will not be spending money here again building looks completely ran down and unsafe staff looks high. Will not be going there again.
