Placed order online at 8:45 at 9:50 s I call spoke to manager asking my the tracker shows my driver going the opposite way of where I live. My food gets here at 10:16 cold. I call the store and ask if I'm getting a discount or something beings it said 45 mins and was a hour and a half. Manager gonna say it was 45 mins . I mentioned I called spoke to her at 9:50 and that she's straight lying to me. And ask for general manager phone number to call tomorrow and she hangs up on me . If upper management of this store sees this. Your staff sucks. And in case you didn't no. When the foods cold it sucks to!

Never got service,I stood at the counter to order,one of the drivers told me I have to wait for the lady come out from the bathroom to take my order,I waited 20 min.lady still didn't show up , I walked out,and it was during lunch time.

So glad the Hamilton location is open again. Love that the food is hot, fresh,and tasty .

the service was very unhelpful!!! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and boneless chicken wings! I also ordered 3 extra sauces or ranch and 3 extra sauces of butter garlic sauce!!!! none of the sauce came and the chicken wings were just chicken nuggets covered in Buffalo sauce!! the blue cheese that came with the 'wings' was also rotten!!!! never ordering here again!! I attempted to call the manager and the location but the location hung up on me and 'transferred' me to the manager and when I hit the manager button it would disconnect immediatel!! I called 8 times and nothing!!! absolutely disgusting!!! The order was over $54 and there's no way to contact the manager to get any of my money back!!!

They do not safety seal your food, so order at your own risk if using door dash or any other ride delivery service. I use to frequent the location on Harford Rd and order via door dash or uber eats before the renovation, and never had an issue. The moment I order via door dash after the renovation, my pizza arrived without the safety seal. Just nasty and unsanitary to not protect someone’s food from being delivered by ride service. I did call the store to make a complaint in hopes that the store perform better for their customers, not necessarily to recoup my money. Even though the manager was understanding, there was nothing that he could do as a courtesy because I ordered through door dash, basically I would have to call door dash to file a complaint. WHAT!! It’s not door dash fault that the store did not safely seal my food!! It’s an issue with the store!!!! Never again!! I’m done with this store.

I am so tired of them forgetting my sauces or my drink when I get the food delivered. Almost every single time I get delivery I have to drive up there to get my sauces. This location should close back down and let the other one handle it again. They were doing a great job.

So today's Valentine's Day in everybody is ordering the heart pizza .. too bad the cashi has attitude... If you didn't want to be at work then go home.... Then she say are you going to wait a whole half an hour for a pizza? Yes..

Very disappointed with this establishment especially in regards to the quality of food. The service was very poor when it came to being able to reach the restaurant after 1 hour passed and no delivery. Then after 75 minutes I received my order and before I could even look at it the delivery driver grabbed the money and took off. No bag to keep it warm just flung it on me. I can understand why they did because the pizza was almost frozen also hard as a rock. My kids were beyond upset they waited 70 minutes to eat and even had no interest in eating the food because it looked so appalling. I'm almost positive it had to be at least three to four hours old. I was very concerned with them getting sick although they didn't want to eat it anyway so it actually saved a bigger fight. I tried to call the store and all papa John's did was hang up or put me on hold for 30 minutes which they eventually disconnected. I have not even received an apology or compensation for the wrong I had been done. I would advise you not order delivery from this establishment or pay for the food unless you inspect it first. I honestly would not even bother at all with papa John's!
