FROM THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE CALLS IS CLEARLY OVER WORKED AND UNDER PAID !!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! TO THE HALF WAY DELIVERY SERVICE !! HOW IS IT DELIVERY IF I HAVE TO COME TO THE CAR THATS NOT DELIVERY ITS A DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE ATP THAT THEY CHARGED ME 8 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS FOR THE FOOD WAS GARBAGE !!! AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE 20 BUCKS FOR 8 WINGS TO BE DELIVERED AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS IT WAS TRASH NO FRYS N MY BOX THIS JOINT NEEDS TO BE CLOSSED I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER .....

So I just bought an 8-inch cheesesteak sub with everything and a little hot, I also ordered a small pizza with mushrooms came to $27 and some change, wow does that mean that both the cheesesteak and the pizza was roughly $13 each UHHH no way!!! I believe that the overcharging is for the tip TO THE driver so he got his tip. Anyway my point is I bit into the cheesesteak and as I was eating it I found hard dried up ends of the steak all throughout the whole sub as if the cooked steak was sitting out all day long uncovered and drying out. I personally think they keep the cooked fried steak in a pan until somebody orders a cheesesteak and they dip it out and put it on the grill and re-heat it up maybe with some onions. That's the first time I've ever had a cheesesteak with big chunks of dried up ends on every bite I took UGH UGH! Half of the steak on the side of my plate not eaten. I had to pull it out of my mouth because it was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it. The pizza was ok... a little dark but edible... if I have to say!!! ???

Not all are bad. Sometimes it follows the leader. This is a store that pampers drug users and also uses them to work and does not pay them. The head guy is a crock thats not good for the community.
food was terrible, it took almost 2 hours to come, my honey bbq wings were just bbq not honey they weren’t even coated properly just thrown together, my mom’s honey lemon pepper wings were just honey !!

first of all I got a cheesesteak special and upgraded my fries to gravy…why would they send me a little container of fries after I spent $22 on this meal. Never again.

Food is great service OK, but the menu is outdated.You see the price order your Food and the cashier hit you with the new price.They need to update the menu with the new price and not after your Food is done.

I ordered from there on Friday night Sept. 29,2023 and got my food within 45mins to an hr. It was a large order so I didn't complain about that. However I ordered $121 worth of food and when I got it the steak on the subs were overcooked and hard and I ordered a chef salad with ranch dressing with extra dressing. They gave me blue cheese and I am allergic to blue cheese. I had someone else taste the salad because I had already put the dressing on it and they said it was blue cheeseWhen I called them and told them this they told me they couldnt refund my money at he time because the manager wasn't there. They took my name and number and said that he would call me back. 4 days later I called them back and when I asked to speak to the manager they told me he wasn't there and not to call back again. Well not a problem because I would never order from them again due to the service received. I am sure another sub shop will be more than happy to have an order of anywhere of $120-$150 when I order. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. And when I was on the phone trying to talk to someone I heard a customer in the background tell them not to put their hands on them again. Not very customer oriented.
