Save your money and time if you don't want to get sick. Ordered using Door Dash and my complete order wrong. Crab cake taste like wet flour and two items missing, food is totally disgusting and they want answer the telephone from the number listed on Google. Door Dash refunded all of my money and this order went to the TRASH!!!

During my recent visit to Papi’s Cuisine in Baltimore, I was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The service was unacceptable—on a busy Saturday night, there was only one server managing the entire dining area, resulting in slow and disorganized attention. We waited an astonishing 38 minutes before she returned to our table to even confirm whether she had taken our order. Additionally, the server was rude, neglected to bring us water, and appeared confused about our requests. The food itself was underwhelming and did not justify the steep prices. Having heard positive reviews beforehand, I sincerely hope Papi’s Cuisine addresses these issues to improve both their service and food quality.

Found this hidden gem on IG! Traveled up for a Ravens game and this cute cozy spot was feet away from the hotel downtown Baltimore..
Being that Baltimore is know for its crabcakes I had to try them..And I must say the Food here was Absolutely Delicious...I had the carb cakes and jerk lamb chops..Only thing is my food wasnt hot when I received it...But other than that Chefs Kiss! The atmosphere was nice and cozy...And the decor dope..Music and Playlist was top tier...I 100% recommend this restaurant!!!

Had an amazing experience at this Baltimore gem. The ambience along with the delectable menu was so exquisite yet affordable. Then allow me to say the exceptional service provided by Allen will have me returning and spreading the good news

My visit to Papi Cuisine’s new Baltimore location was a complete disaster from start to finish. We sat for 20 minutes with no service whatsoever until the manager finally decided to take our order. After that, the experience went downhill fast. Our food came out one plate at a time over the course of an hour, and what did arrive was cold, salty, and poorly cooked. The lobster tails were burnt, and one person in our group never received their meal at all.
The service was unacceptable. The server was openly rude, dismissive, and acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Any attempt to address the long wait or the cold food was met with attitude instead of any effort to fix the situation.
The manager comped the bill, but offered zero apology and took no responsibility for the behavior or the chaos happening in the dining room and kitchen.
This location is nothing like the original. The quality, service, and professionalism are simply not there. I would not return, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place entirely.

PLEASE DONT EAT HERE!!!!! My girlfriend and I went here to support a black owned business. But when they DOUBLE CHARGED me for my meal, there was no resolution to fix it. I’ve submitted multiple requests for a refund. I’ve sent emails to management but THEY DON’T CARE!! Even worse, the food is OVERPRICED and TERRIBLE!! Please STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Went here to celebrate my our 18th wedding anniversary. It was clean, the staff was nice. They played 90s/2000s R&B which was right up my alley. I had the Branzino with slow cooked kale and mash potatoes which I would recommend. I am not a gin or martini girl but the Passion Fruit Pleaser was surprisingly good. Which they dimmed the light a bit to set the evening atmosphere.
Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

My friend and I tried Papi Cuisine over the weekend and they didn’t disappoint. We made a reservation and we were seated right when we got there. I ordered the crab cake fries and colossal fried shrimp. My friend had the crab cake egg rolls and fried lobster mac and cheese. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes and our waiter was very attentive and nice. The crab cake fries came with a huge crab cake. It was so GOOD, and the sauce they put on it was amazing, the shrimp was fried lightly and very tasty, then crab cake egg rolls were great too.

Update: I’ve drove here just for the crab cake egg rolls.

Let me start by saying this place is a bit misleading — the name is actually Proper Cuisine, not Papis Cuisine, and the quality definitely doesn’t live up to the original name’s reputation.

I went for dinner over the weekend, and the whole experience was underwhelming. The restaurant was pretty empty, and the vibe was off — the music sounded like a CD stuck on repeat. There only seemed to be one waiter working, which showed in how slow everything was. We arrived around 8:15 p.m., and food didn’t start coming out until after 9:15. Dishes came out one at a time, which was strange, especially since my friend and I ordered the same thing — our plates arrived about 25 minutes apart. They also ran out of Caesar salad.

Now for the food:
• Mac and 0 — completely undercooked. The cheese wasn’t melted, and it literally tasted unfinished.
• Brussels 0 — no flavor at all.
• Salmon Bites: 6/10 — these were actually decent, probably the best thing we ordered.
• Crab Cake Egg Rolls: The crab itself was good, but the egg rolls were overcooked, tiny, and definitely not worth the $12 price tag.
Honey old bay wings, 5/10 just taste like wings no old bay flavor

The drinks were just okay — nothing special, and after the meal we barely wanted to finish them. Honestly, by the end, we just wanted to leave.

Overall, between the slow service, uneven pacing, and low-quality food, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. It’s a shame because the sister brand, Proper Cuisine, clearly isn’t delivering the same standard anymore. Definitely won’t be back.

Food has good flavor. Service is super slow. Don't expect water refills. I ordered the French toast...I literally recieved the French Toast and the side of ice cream no whip cream nor fresh fruit like the menu claims. I spoke to the waitress I get a small ramekin of Strawberries and she says they are out of whip cream and Blueberries. Definitely won't be returning. They were better when they were at their other location.
