I found the experience quite underwhelming, and there’s definitely room for improvement with the menu selections. Most of the dishes seemed heavily reliant on honey, and not just honey—extremely sweet honey. For example, the wings were so sticky they were practically glued to the plate. The salmon and mashed potatoes were drenched in honey, completely overpowering the flavors of the crab and fish. The stuffed lobster was disappointingly dry and could’ve benefited from some...
The food is amazing! So I put up with their horrible customer service. The host is incompetent and the wait staff are slow and have gotten my order wrong every time we've gone. I tried to order online but my credit card flags their online portal as fraudulent. The final straw was when I saw a waitress grab a handful of tortilla chips and put them in a bowl. It's a shame because the food is delicious.
Upon entering there was no host at the stand, so we had to kind of search for the employee. Our table was right next to the kitchen where there were a lot of table bussers Kee keeing. Our server had no personality, it was like the people at our table was serving personality for the server. The server never double backed to check on us, we had to catch her between tables.
