The service is absolutely terrible. I expect bad kosher food, and this place meets those standards but it doesn’t seem as though they have any room to compromise on service, yet they choose to do so.
I tried to place an order for mini cupcakes—they can’t accommodate a next day pick up. First red flag. This after I waited on hold for 30 mins. While I was on hold, I called from my husband’s phone and they took his call right away but when I was put on hold to check if next day pick up was available, the woman never returned. While I feel for the woman who is the only one in the store (second red flag), it’s clear that there is no logical queue or line for receiving the orders. The place is chaos.
Good thing there are other options in the area when it’s absolutely needed!

The smell lures you in wherw you are immediately overtaken by pastries, fresh baked bread, donuts of every kind. I bought several types of danish: walnut, lemon, apple, and cheese. Delicious!! The store began to fill-up with people coming in to purchase the goods for their grand-children, and themselves. Highly recommend!

Their babkas are so good that my wife and I ordered a custom, two-tiered babka with white icing as our wedding cake. Motti said he had never done it before but was willing to try. Came out amazing—our friends and family still rave about it. Also charged us a very reasonable price!
