Patterson Public House

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Patterson Public House, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich, which was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked — definitely a standout. I also tried a couple of their cocktails, and they were well-crafted and refreshing, adding to the laid-back vibe of the place. What really made the experience even better was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is another major plus — the bar sits right next to Patterson Park, so you can enjoy some great views while you eat or sip your drink. Whether you’re looking for a casual lunch spot or a place to unwind with friends over drinks, Patterson Public House hits the mark.

It's a cute local bar. Foods ok, drinks are ok. They have specialty nights like Tuesday is burger nite and Wed is wing night. The black bean burger was mushy. i didnt say anything but it wasnt great. The wings weren't spicy, they didnt have any flavor. It's a good spot but the food is mediocre unfortunately. The only thing i loved were the fried green tomatoes but they were only seasonal and no longer on the menu

Great burger.

Had a great date night! Server Jen was awesome! Lots of food snd drinks. Great happy hour specials. Comvenient location near the park. What's not to love? Definitely come here.

My favorite local spot. The BEST wings and burgers in the city and (recently discovered) the best chili dog I’ve ever had. Always great service and delish eats. Great beer selection on draft too!

I stopped in on a Saturday evening, after reading that the burger here is good, and I will be back.

I sat at the bar, and the woman tending that evening was a consummate pro. Confidence and assurance emanated from her, and she set the tone for a great meal and a good time.

I watched some amazing rugby (Paris Olympics) on the TV, and that "good" burger was great. And the salad that confident bartender recommended was even better than she implied when describing it to me.

I had a glass of a cider that was on tap that evening, and the sweet-tart of the brew was just what the beef fat and cheese called for.

So, if you want a great burger at a bar run by the coolest bartender I have met in years, I recommend Patterson Public House.

I know nothing about the dining room in the back, and I didn't try anything else. I will be trying other options in the future, but that burger will likely call to me again in the next month or so.

Ask for Storm! She is an amazing experienced and seasoned bartender/ service personnel. Without a doubt one of the top #5 in the area! Thank you always for being there. Her assistant also has an amazing vibe! The food especially the fish tacos and the truffle fries were delicious and yummy. Ask for Storm's signature and just be nice, so worth it! Enjoy ?☺️

Great local spot for food and drinks. LGBTQ+ friendly (and not just during June), a small but reliable menu, good beer, great service. Indoor and outdoor seating, which is fantastic when the weather is nice because it's right by the park and you can watch dogs walk by all the time.

Owner pays waitresses slave labor wages. Waitresses hound patrons for tips. Over priced and a corrupt outdated system of paying employees. Be the change you hope to see.
