Fun atmosphere, everyone had a great time!

It's a food size bar. The drinks were a little weak, especially for the price. They have a mechanical bull for you to ride as well. The sound system is amazing and the people (including bartenders) were very polite!! Parking can be a Bish tho due to location.

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar, so nor foe children at all

I tried to call PBR and could not leave a message because the mailbox was full I also sent an e-mail about this issue. PBR had a booth at the Pickle Festival without any signage. They all had all the beers for $10.00. I bought two blue moon beers and was charged $29.57. WIth the 9 % alcohol tax the beers should have been no more than $22.00

Very dissapointed in the direction of PBR Baltimore. As a resident I am offended by the levels of racism towards staff I have seen displayed there. The ladies get treated unfairly and they all work hard and must learn to line dance. I thought I came for a drink. Not a place that felt like management looked at the staff as strippers. Although one lady did make me feel at home. She was in charge of the bull and mixed with Spanish and black. She had a good vibe. And I didn't like how the other team members picked on her for not knowing step routines. Lol it's all entertainment. Also I am strongly suggesting you kindly turn down the free shots from the bartenders. The males might be looking at you for more than a free shot. Other than that good place. But one I wouldn't go back to. It's a equality issue it seems like. It's not inclusive enough. But kudos to all the women and staff I met. Especially the girl on the bull. Nice hat.

Was there on Friday night, I asked the bartender which beers they have and they responded with “what beers do you like?” instead of just letting me know what they have in stock. Also, most of the draft beers weren’t available because they said people said they didn’t taste right. Probably need to clean all the tube lines. Place was in good shape, had a live band, bathrooms were clean. Prices are super high but that’s all of Power Plant.

Awesome floor set up. The music is bumping. There's a lot space to dance. The drink prices are cheap. My only issue is how slow the bartenders are.

PBR in Baltimore certainly leaves a memorable impression, although perhaps not always for the reasons one might expect from a night out at a popular bar. The establishment, which aims to present an energetic and entertaining atmosphere, unfortunately seems to walk a fine line when it comes to staff-customer interactions, especially from some of the male staff members.Staff:It has been observed that certain members of the staff, focus their attention on personal endeavors rather than providing professional service. For example, in my observation a tall male with long blonde hair, was noted engaged in extensive in flirtatious behavior with female clientele, often with little regard for the ongoing patron interactions or the overall workflow of the establishment. While this may seem like an innocuous personal victory for the staff member when successful, it raises legitimate concerns about the operational priorities and employment standards enforced by the management.Such behavior not only deviates from the expected professional conduct but also calls into question the efficacy of the business model, where staff engagement seems to prioritize personal self profiting interactions over customer service and satisfaction. This approach could potentially accentuate a mismatch between the establishment's client service objectives and the actual experience delivered, thereby affecting the establishment's reputation and long-term success. On the positive side, most staff members are generally attentive and quick to respond to orders when they are not caught up in the establishment’s additional entertainment routines. Their ability to handle the bustling environment on the busiest of nights, managing high volumes of drink orders with a smile, is noteworthy.Impromptu staff dances:PBR has incorporated a staff-led dance routine into their entertainment offerings, which undeniably reflects an attempt to inject liveliness and distinctiveness into the customer experience. This inventive concept aligns with the bar's effort to provide more than just a venue for drinks, aspiring to be a vibrant, memorable destination. The routine is designed to showcase the staff's talents and contribute to an energetic setting, projecting an image of festivity and fun. However, while the intentions behind this unique intervention are to enhance the atmosphere, it unintentionally disrupts the patron experience. During these routines, guests are required to vacate the dance floor, an interruption that can be quite jarring. This is particularly counterproductive at moments when the dance floor is full and guests are immersed in their celebrations. It abruptly halts the natural rhythm and progression of the evening, creating a fractured experience for guests who are otherwise engaged in their revelry.Such an interruption can be especially poignant during times typically characterized by peak engagement, such as  when the mood on the dance floor is at its zenith. In these instances, the forced interruption due to staff performance has the potential to diffuse the collective energy of the room, leading to frustration among guests. It can dilute the seamless enjoyment of the night's festivities, momentarily displacing the patrons' experience for the sake of entertainment that, while lively, pivots the focus away from the customers themselves.Furthermore, it distances patrons from their own participatory role in the environment they came to enjoy, instead relegating them to the role of spectator. This can be at odds with the expectations set by the typical bar or nightclub experience, where continuous, uninterrupted access to the dance floor is a given. In sum, while the staff dance routine at PBR is conceived with the best intentions to entertain and enliven the environment, it may inadvertently detract from the overall ambiance by disrupting the flow of the evening. It is a delicate balance for the establishment to maintain: cultivating a distinctive and engaging atmosphere while ensuring that its core offering — an uninterrupted space
