Bad costumer service, Ordered some food and asked for Chicken Broccoli and instead got Shrimp, When i called to ask for a refund a lady started yelling at me and instantly hung up. If you consider to get food here I recommend you to not.

Do no expect any type of quality service. The delivery driver is extremely rude changes the prices when he gets to the stop if you don't give a tip not to mention all the food has a grease aftertaste never see the female owner wash your hands before grabbing food to throw in the wok. Also had an issue where my total was $31 but they charged my card $310 when called to correct it they made it seem like it was my fault that they punched in the incorrect amount long story short like I said do not expect any type of quality service from this establishment in my opinion they should be shut down and I hope that the owner sees this and tries to contact me and correct this issue

Peking House has been a staple in the Brooklyn area for yrs. Now it is time an overhaul. The food is awful. I got shrimp fried rice that was to hard to eat and two very very greasy egg rolls. (dripping of grease). That's not the worst part. The glass doors to the place are filthy. In side the carpet is so gray and dingy. The floors are dirty. There is a odor (unclean) smell, where you order the food. The refrigerator where the sodas are is so dirty. The chairs are stacked on the tables. (dirty). The small restaurant gets many orders and alot of take out. They will continue to stay open due to the amount of business. Has anyone notice or has anyone got sick. Thanks
