Overpriced.
Ordered Pinot Grigio (white) for a holiday weekend last minute get together. Ordered online realizing had no white wine to offer our guests on our Labor Day party. All stores were closed, so we justified paying double for a mediocre wine.
The order arrived one hour and a half hours later and it was Pinot Noir (red). Instead of calling us, they just decided to replace it.
Should perhaps have taken a second to call and ask your customer if that would be acceptable or not. It totally was not acceptable.
That would be proper business etiquette.
Customer service is very important.
