I don’t bother to order from anyone else. I get fast, friendly thoughtful service everytime and I know when I see Rock pull up that everything is going to be good with my order.. he’s courteous and kind. They always call before substituting what we order and it’s always correct.

The delivery driver Rock is the best! He goes out of his way to make sure we get everything and quickly. Wouldn’t have it any other way. We order from Arbutus because of his service!

Placed an order through DoorDash. Waited almost an hour and there was no updates on the app. Called the store, they said they don’t actually use DoorDash, they just have one driver and it’ll take another 25 minutes or so and they’ll check to see where the driver is. The driver is stuck in traffic because he’s coming from a long distance from somewhere else?? Then 25 mins goes by, my order is canceled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered from them on doordash at 12:30 pm now its 3:40 pm and still my order isn't here i tried calling it goes right to voicemail
Update: they say they got here at 3:21pm and i go to my door my order was not there ,never called me or text me ..they never arrived and doordash wont give me a refund for my 40 dollars 😔😔 i will never order from them again NEVER !! COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO THEM DOORDASHING ORDERS..THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO DELIVERED THEMSELVES
