I only rated atmosphere three stars because there’s always a crowd to walk-through outside to get into this restaurant. Other than that I love going to this corner restaurant. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, and everybody that is employed there is very friendly. The food is always hot and flavorful, and, the pricing is very affordable. Portions are very generous! Every time I come to the city I always get food here. I wish they always had the beef stroganoff every single time. It’s so delicious I always want to bring some home with me. As I write this I’m about to go get breakfast lol .

Lots of history - easy walking distance from our hotel. Really good food - mixture of good ol' American food and Greek dishes. Breakfast all day.

I was visiting Baltimore with my wife who was here for a conference. I found Penn and Pratt restaurant while walking back to my hotel from the B&O railroad museum. The place is a small, older diner which to me says good food. I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm sub which was plenty big and very delicious. I liked it so much that the next morning my wife and I walked down for breakfast. She ordered the eggs and hashbrowns and I had pancakes and bacon. The food once again very good and the price very reasonable especially for the large amount of food you receive. Outstanding food with very nice people serving you.

Working in baltimore, there are so many choices.. ..but this restaurant is always our go-to!! Family-owned, super customer service, and the food is fresh and delicious! We love it here!!! ❤️ Infusion Nurses of UMMS

Had the gyro and it was amazing tziki sauce is real not that thick stuff. Love it 😍 yummy and delicious.
