I was visiting Baltimore with my wife who was here for a conference. I found Penn and Pratt restaurant while walking back to my hotel from the B&O railroad museum. The place is a small, older diner which to me says good food. I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm sub which was plenty big and very delicious. I liked it so much that the next morning my wife and I walked down for breakfast. She ordered the eggs and hashbrowns and I had pancakes and bacon. The food...
