Pepe's is a hit or miss for me. I work close by, so when I first started we would literally order for delivery every week at least once a week for a while. At first the food was great, but after a while, things would be missing from the order or something was made wrong. So we stopped ordering. I love their breakfast items. Not sure if they changed owners or something? But service seems to have really gone downhill. For example, I ordered food from their website. Food took 75 minutes to arrive. Was missing two food items and utensils. Was told a manager be notified but the manager never bothered to reach out or do a credit. Why aren't employees authorized to make things right for customers?
